Show #4 ✔️

This season came with plenty of lessons, challenges, and growth. While the package wasn’t exactly what I hoped to bring, I’m proud of the improvements made and grateful for the opportunity to step on stage again.

Thankful to God, my support system, and my coach for helping me through another prep. Every season provides feedback, and this one was no different. The path forward is clear, and I’m excited for what’s next.

Time to recover, reflect, and get back to work. 💙🏆

So, I did a thing….

After praying, writing, deleting, starting over (and starting over again) - my blog is finally live.

It’s called A Widow In Wellness- a space where I share my journey of healing, rebuilding, and finding strength in every corner of life: the gym, motherhood, grief, growth and everything in between.

This isn’t about perfection. This is about progress with purpose.

If you have ever lost a part of yourself and had to fight your way back- I hope this space reminds you that you’re not alone.

I’ll be updating it every week, God willing.

Stay blessed, and thank you for your support. 🙏🏾💜

My favorite routine to date.

We’ve practiced over, and over, and over again. Even did some minor tweaks at 3wks out and still went up there looking more confident than I thought I did.

Bc be so fr, I was nervous!! 🥴🤣

Anyway, practice 👏🏾your 👏🏾 posing!!!

While I wait on my stage photos, here are a few from backstage with just a few of the ladies who I have met and the ones who continue to uplift me. 💕

Grateful is an understatement.

Catch up on my latest blog post as I go more into detail about sportsmanship. 🙂‍↕️

Give, and it shall be given unto you.
This weekend reminded me just how true that is.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at the @southernnaturalshowdown , and wow — what an experience. If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that @thestevepayne knows how to promote and host an incredible show. The energy, the organization, the care that went into every detail… it was a blessing to witness and be a part of.

Volunteering gave me a whole new appreciation for what happens behind the scenes — from tickets and signage, to lighting and music cues, to making sure every part flows exactly how it should. It really is an orchestration. And being in that mix, meeting new people, connecting with the judges, networking with athletes… it was special.

But honestly?
My favorite part was getting to show up for my friends. To be in the audience screaming, cheering, and supporting them from the heart. Moments like that remind you why community matters in this sport.

If you ever get the chance, volunteer at a show.
You’ll walk away with gratitude, perspective, and a deeper love for the bodybuilding world.

💜🙏🏾
