First Powerlifting Meet Recap

For my first meet, I’m proud of what I was able to put together, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. Looking back, I know I sold myself short and had more in me than I showed on the platform.

Still, that’s part of competing. You learn, adjust, and come back better. This first meet showed me what I’m capable of, but also how much more I have left to prove.

Huge shoutout to my coach @_thewillpowermethod_ for the programming, guidance, and support throughout the entire prep. 🤝

Appreciate everyone who supported me along the way.

First one in the books. Proud, but not satisfied. Back to work. 📈

Broke my limit yesterday and it feels unreal.

Ten years ago, if you told me I’d be repping 400s for four sets, I would’ve thought you meant a different Raf. But here I am 35, natural, and still getting stronger. Grateful to God for every pound I’m able to move and every day I get to chase this gift.

I’m locked in, not getting in my own way, and pushing as far as God lets me. Nine weeks out, and I’ve never felt stronger.

The climb continues. Stay Tune….
