More muscle. Less mobility?💪

I met up with @_timong at @newschooliron for an off-season bodywork session.

As a Classic Physique athlete, Tim noticed his range of motion became more limited as he added muscle. Hear his experience in the video.
Appreciate the trust, Tim! 🤝

Feeling restricted in your training? DM me to book your recovery session.

Wasteland has some of the best energy of any festival you will ever go to. Everyone is in amazing shape, inspirational, confident and with hearts of gold. Hardstyle and hard techno needs to be on everyone’s play list. #edm #rave #plur #festival #hardstyle

Certain things fuel people , at first this left a bad taste in my mouth . I told myself I wouldn’t get back on stage again . But then I realized I didn’t even give it my all , I didn’t work harder than the guy who beat me @_timong. My boy lol
.
But moral of the story is just be better and don’t go pointing the finger when YOU didn’t prepare yourself to the best of your capabilities. So guess what I did. I gave it my undivided attention. But like I said, this is just 1/4 . More to come!

I love this sport with my all. It’s the one sport where you can give your everything and still end up a bit short of the intended goal & THAT IS TOTALLY OK.

This prep was one of my best ever, this is my 3rd show and I am very proud and happy with the package Coach Omar and I brought to the stage. I thank each and every one of you for your support and love throughout this journey.

Placed 4th out of a very stacked class of 7 athletes each who gave it their very, very best and I’m very proud to have competed against them. We all brought our very best and it showed.

For now, it’s time to enjoy the holidays with my wife, the family and the dog and my friends.

Highlight of the weekend was when my best friend @isaiahleedains surprised us all on day 2 by sending it last minute from Seattle!
