Throwback to the Arnold’s

A little throwback to the Arnold’s, where our athletes showed up, stepped onto a huge platform and represented the team with pride.

Now we’re only one week away from the AWPC World Championships, and we couldn’t be more excited to see the team compete on an international level once again.

The work has been done. The final prep is here. Now it’s about confidence, focus and enjoying the moment.

The British Championship 2026 🇬🇧 Opens and Juniors 56kg | Not only did I compete twice on two separate days, but also managed to secure 1st during an injury, I had a massive flare up before my deadlifts and still managed to not bomb out 🫪 Although I enrolled a year ago and worked so hard, the odds were against me :0 being injured knowing how competitive the Brits are, I didn’t even think I would get on the podium but honestly I had so much fun as the ladies in my flights were just the sweetest, the federation taking care of me, overall my team and coach had my back 🫂 they are the best!! BUT DW IMMA MAKE A MASSIVE COMEBACK 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ THE WORLDS, IMMA BE READY 🌍

The British Championships 2026 🇬🇧

Ain’t no way I secured 1st place WHAT 🫪🫪🫪🫪🫪 Officially in the 56kg Juniors (weighing in at 52.1kg) a British Champion :D although I only had one attempt per lift to avoid irritating my injury, I still managed to pull through and secure a place on the podium 🙏 a massive thank you to the girlies, the team, the federation and the one and only, my coach!! Not only did you all support me but made this day honourable and hella fun :D many more comps to come In’Sha’Allah 🥳

The British Championships 2026 🇬🇧 Day Two 🎀

Another unforgettable day for the team, and what a performance it was! 🔥

A huge congratulations to Tanya and Victoria, who both stepped onto the platform with confidence and determination, taking 1st place in their respective categories. 🥇🥇 An incredible achievement and a testament to the work they’ve put in behind the scenes.

The atmosphere was unreal all day, big lifts, loud cheers, plenty of laughs, and memories that will last a lifetime. From supporting teammates to celebrating with athletes from clubs across the country, this is what powerlifting is all about.

Win or lose, we celebrate the effort, but today we got to celebrate the effort and the results. We’re incredibly proud of both athletes and grateful to everyone who helped make another amazing day possible.

The team keeps growing, the standards keep rising, and we’re still not finished yet… 💪
