First Spartan Trifecta DONE ✅
They may lie about the official miles 😅 but according to my watch… here’s what it really was 😂

🏔️ Beast: 15.5 miles
🔥 Super: 9 miles
⚡ Sprint: 3.75 miles

It’s been a minute since I’ve done one of these (last one was May in Big Bear 😜), and I definitely haven’t been running long distance thanks to competition prep… sooo this one was extra spicy 🥵 🌶️🤪

But I got it DONE.

So proud of myself—and beyond proud of my Spartan tribe @tio.sol @clntfd and Eddie for absolutely crushing it , you did amazing 💪🏽🔥 We missed you Susie @shinsusie but you were with us in sprit on the course !

Huge congrats to everyone who showed up and got after it this weekend 🏁🖤
And thank you to everyone who cheered me 🥹❤️

Two races down, one more to go tomorrow! 💪🔥
First trifecta weekend of the year—and my first in a while 😜 Had to put my Spartans on hold during competition prep 🤪

So proud of all of us for absolutely crushing it today! Not only did I get to race with my Spartan partner in crime and good friend, Sol @tio.sol, but we also reunited with our Spartan fam @shinsusie @clntfd & Eddie and celebrated our one-year Spartan anniversary together 🥰

One of my favorite things about Spartans? The incredible friendships you build along the way. 🏔️❤️

So proud of my friends—and everyone out there on the course—who showed up and crushed it today! 🔥 #spartan #trfiecta #spartantrifecta #ocr #spartanrace

Spartan Trifecta Weekend #2… Big Bear Edition 😬

What. A. Weekend.

Just wrapped up my second Trifecta Weekend of the year, and this one was no joke. Big Bear is hands down one of the most brutal Spartan courses in the country—with steep climbs, high elevation, and unforgiving terrain that tests everything!

What’s a Trifecta Weekend?
It means completing all 3 Spartan distances in one weekend:
• Beast (13+ miles)
• Super (10K+)
• Sprint (5K+)
Yep… all back-to-back. It’s the ultimate test of endurance, strength, and grit.
Side note: the races are always longer than advertised, and honestly, that’s why I have trust issues LOL.

I’m beyond proud of everyone who showed up and gave it their all.
Huge shoutout to my badass friend Sol, who absolutely crushed it by my side—you’re a warrior @_tio.sol_ ! And major congrats to all my other friends and every single person who tackled that mountain—you freaking did it!!

We’re stronger because of weekends like this.

And in case you’re wondering how I’m feeling today… I’m okay.
Sunburned and sore as hell—but thriving or maybe just surviving LOL.

Big Bear… You Were Brutal—but We Showed Up

2 races down ✅
1 more to go! ⏳
Beast (13+ miles)? Conquered 🏔️
Sprint (3+ miles)? Crushed 💪 (or… survived, lol)
All at Big Bear—one of the toughest Spartan races in the country 🥵

It tested our lungs, legs, limits and make us question our life decisions- but we never backed down 🔥

So damn proud of my Spartan partner-in-crime, Sol, @_tio.sol_ you did amazing (injury and all ). And major shoutout to all my friends and everyone out there who battled that beast—whether you ran, walked , crawled, or climbed your way through… YOU FREAKING DID IT!! 🏃‍♀️🧗‍♂️

We freaking did it!!

One more to go… let’s finish strong and get those damn trifectas @_tio.sol_ ! 👊

🏅 2 Days, 3 Races: First Trifecta of the Year Complete! ✅

Woohoo! This weekend, I conquered my first Spartan Trifecta of the year, and it was an unforgettable experience. For those unfamiliar, a Spartan Trifecta involves completing three races—Sprint, Super, and Beast—within a single weekend.

Not gonna lie, today was brutal. For the first time in my life, I walked pretty much the entire race today . I’m not sure what I did to my ankle—perhaps tendinitis from overuse—but the pain was intense. Recognizing the importance of listening to my body, I put my pride aside and made the decision to walk. Nonetheless, I finished strong and still managed to tackle most of the obstacles! 😜

Shoutout to my Spartan partner-in-crime, @_tio.sol_ , for absolutely crushing it, pain and all! 😜 Despite the challenges, we still had a complete blast out there as always and can’t wait for our next Trifecta weekend! 💥

A big shoutout to everyone out there on the course this weekend & also a big thank you to everyone who wished me good luck this weekend! Y’all are the best! Ooh, and thank you Sol for always being down for all the races and being maybe even easier than me lol 😂
