God didn’t create CBW to be just a business. He knew it would become a family.

People may come and go in our lives for different reasons, but they always remain special in our hearts. What we have at CBW is a bond like no other. When I look back at Facebook posts from past and present employees, I see so many comments from our CBW crew, people who met because of this place and built friendships that last far beyond it. Those connections are truly something special.

Saturday was one of the hardest days for me. A phone call from one of our own, someone I think of as a daughter, brought me to my knees in prayer. In moments like that, we don’t always understand God’s plan, but what I do know is this: our tribe showed up immediately. We wrapped our arms around this sweet girl without hesitation.

That night, I went to bed thanking God for CBW. To the outside world, it may look like just a job; but to me, it’s home, filled with people I call family.

We love you, Trinity, and we will be here for you, today and always. 🤍
