Here’s exactly what happens when you sign up with Unfinished Lifestyle 👇🏻

First, we gather everything; your bloodwork, your current eating habits, and your current activity level. We need to know exactly what your daily habits look like and your internal health.

We then review your bloodwork personally. Not to diagnose anything — but because your labs tell us things about your body that a generic program never accounts for. Hormone levels, inflammation markers, nutrient deficiencies — all of it shapes what we build for you.

From there we build your nutrition plan around your actual data, making sure we’re giving you exactly what your body needs.

Then comes your workout program, designed around your goals, your schedule, and where you are starting from.

And finally you get access to the Unfinished Lifestyle app where you check in weekly and track daily habits like water, steps, weight, so nothing falls through the cracks between sessions.

This is what personalized health coaching looks like with Unfinished Lifestyle 🙌🏻

The “shortcut” to achieving results will always require time, effort, and consistency.

Everyone wants to achieve results as quickly as possible with minimal effort. Having this approach is what is preventing you from actually making progress, and you need to accept that.

That shortcut you’re looking for will always be the one that requires time, effort, and consistency. It shouldn’t matter how long it will take to make the change and achieve the results. What matters is how productive you are during that time, how much effort you put it, and how consistent you are.

If you truly want to change, quit looking for a shortcut.

How much longer are you going to avoid what you are capable of doing in order to continue with what you are comfortable doing?

Everyone wants to make a positive change in their life in order to get to a better place, but when it comes to putting in the work to make that change, they avoid it.

The longer you stay comfortable with where you are, the harder it will be to want to make a change.

It’s the holiday season. Quit holding back on your potential and finally make the changes you want for 2027. Click the link in bio to schedule your free consultation 🙏🏻

Quit over-complicating your health journey 👇🏻

You’ve seen the posts. “Lose 50 pounds in 30 days doing this one thing.” “The secret supplement doctors don’t want you to know about.” “This hack changed everything for me.”

And you click. You try it. It doesn’t work. You feel like you failed. You try the next thing.

You didn’t fail. The content failed you.

Here’s what actually works, and it’s not exciting enough to go viral:

Eat consistent, balanced meals. Move your body regularly. Drink your water. Sleep.

That’s it.

The reason most people aren’t seeing results isn’t because they haven’t found the right protocol. It’s because they’re perfect Monday through Friday and then tell themselves they’ve “earned” the weekend off. And Sunday night they’re back to feeling guilty and starting over.

Consistency doesn’t mean perfect. It means most of the time, most days, you’re doing the basics.

You don’t need a 75 day challenge. You don’t need to cut every carb you’ve ever loved. You don’t need to meal prep 47 containers of plain chicken and rice to be healthy.

You need to stop letting excuses and instant gratification get in the way of hard work, consistency, and time.

Simple is hard because it requires you to show up without excuses — no new program to blame, no influencer to follow. Just you, doing the work consistently.

What competing has taught me 👇🏻

Tomorrow marks 6 years since I stepped on stage for the first time (left). I weighed just under 150lbs. The photos on the right are from my most recent show in April 2025 at 181lbs.

I remember being nervous and excited walking out for the first time — and I’ll be honest, I don’t think I was ready. I wasn’t big enough and part of me knew it. But I did it anyway. And I’m proud of that.

Even looking at my most recent stage photos I still don’t think I was fully ready. But I came in the leanest I have ever been and brought the best physique of my life. That means something.

What most people don’t see behind these photos is a kid who grew up underweight, always skinny, always struggling with how he saw himself in the mirror, and had no confidence. Body dysmorphia is real and I have dealt with it for most of my life. Some days I still do.

But I am learning. Learning to appreciate what my body has built, to be grateful for my health, and to recognize that progress is not always visible in the moment — sometimes you only see it when you look back.

5 years. 30+ pounds of muscle. A lot of hard work. And a long way to go.

💥 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 💥

Will came to me in the middle of 2025 wanting to continue to build healthier habits and take care of himself so that he can continue to show up for his parents (who he takes care of).

With him being a landscaper at a hospital and being on his feet all day, we knew we needed to feed him more food to support the amount of calories he is burning so that we could focus on keeping muscle mass. Our goal was to recomp his body rather than strictly focus on fat loss, and the results show! 🙌🏻

Check out his stats from when he started with me and from his heaviest weight! 👇🏻

- His heaviest: 200lbs
- 06/25: 170lbs
- 06/26: 132lbs

Most people get their fasting glucose checked at their annual physical. But there is another number that is just as important that hardly gets checked:

Fasting insulin.

Here is the difference 👇🏻

Fasting glucose shows you where your blood sugar is right as you wake up and haven’t eaten anything that will cause it to spike. Fasting insulin shows you how hard your body is working to keep that blood sugar stable.

You can have a completely normal fasting glucose and still have significantly elevated insulin, meaning your body is compensating. Working overtime to maintain balance. And that compensation has real consequences.

Elevated fasting insulin is one of the earliest signs of insulin resistance which promotes fat storage, suppresses fat burning, drives inflammation, disrupts hormones, and increases risk for metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. All of this can be happening long before your glucose ever shows a problem.

This is why fasting insulin is one of the first markers we look at. Because catching what is happening beneath the surface, before it becomes a diagnosis, is exactly what personalized nutrition is built for.

If you’re already thinking about what you’re going to have to do on Monday to make up for this weekend, this one’s for you 👇🏻

I used to live in that cycle.

Party on the weekend, eat whatever, have a few too many drinks. Wake up Sunday or Monday feeling awful, guilty, sluggish, and already dreading what I’d done to myself.

So I’d hit the gym and go way harder than I should have. Cut my food down. Try to “fix” it.

And every single time, I felt even worse.

Here’s what I didn’t understand back then:

Your body doesn’t work like a bank account. You can’t overdraft on Saturday and just deposit extra effort on Monday to balance it out. That’s not how metabolism works. That’s not how recovery works. And it’s definitely not how sustainable results work.

When you overtrain on top of a body that’s already stressed, depleted, and under-recovered, you’re not burning off the weekend. You’re just adding more stress to a system that’s already struggling.

And when you under-eat to compensate, your body holds on to everything even tighter.

The cycle doesn’t fix anything. It just keeps you exhausted, frustrated, and feeling like you’re always starting over.

What actually works?

Getting back to your normal routine. Eating well. Moving your body without punishing it. Giving yourself grace and consistency instead of guilt and extremes.

💬 If you’re tired of the guilt cycle and want a program built around your real life, not a perfect version of it, send me a DM or click the link in my bio.

Let’s build something that actually lasts.
