Sometimes, the most meaningful practice is simply slowing down, letting go, and finding stillness. Learning to breathe with intention, tuning into your body, and listening to your mind - this is where the true power of yoga begins. In every breath, we find a little more balance, awareness, and connection with ourselves. . . . #็‘œไผฝ #yoga #mindfulness #่บซๅฟƒ็ทด็ฟ’ #awareness

Always fun to explore beyond yoga sequence and working out. Looks simple, but actually challenging for the balance and left right coordination, I didnโ€™t get my hands right from the first try ๐Ÿ˜… Would you like to try this pretzel ๐Ÿฅจ pose?

endless gratitude to yoga for constantlyyy allowing me to surprise myself!! everyone deserves to find their own version of this ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†•๏ธ my favorite style of movement is exactly what I teach, and I encourage my students to take what feels good, leave what doesnโ€™t, ALWAYS put your own spin on things. I will never push you to move in a way that you donโ€™t feel intuitively called to - but I WILL lead you through a practice that unveils the truly unbelievable things your body is capable of, I will cheer you on every step of the way, and I will celebrate all the empowerment + peace that comes with that as if itโ€™s my own. comment MOVE if you want to fall in love with movement and Iโ€™ll send you all the ways we can practice together! ๐Ÿ’Œ #yogaflow #yogainspiration #yogateacherlife #standingsplit #vinyasaflow
