Caption this! What we do in between dancing…

This short clip takes me back to when I started. My Zumba instructor taught the class like it was Bootcamp and we loved every second. Shoutout to Kathy G. Almost 20 years later I’m still vining with the classics!

Check out my crew guys. They’re a sexy bunch! 🤩

Eight weeks post-op. Back in my happy place.

Some people recover in silence. I recover in rhythm.

This community gives me everything. Their energy, their joy, their effort. It fills me up and I send it right back out. That is the kind of relationship that heals you from the inside out.

Grateful does not even cover it.

Fridays are for 75 minutes of Zumba fun and 45 minutes of quality time with my ARORA Superstars.

I love taking videos of my class participants. I hear the laughter, see the big smiles and feel the joy.

Dancing is life. It’s letting your soul come out to play. It’s exuding joy and gratitude. And this community is simply amazing. Thanks to all who spend your mornings with me!

See you at the next class ❤️

👉🏻”ZUMBA is not a competition.
it is not a performance . It is not a Fashion show to see who has the latest greatest Zumbawear. It is a bunch of friends coming together to dance and have fun TOGETHER” 👈🏻
🤗 Let’s continue making beautiful memories doing what we love #Zumba ! 💃🏻
