🍂 Day 8 of #AloBoutEquinox3 🍁 Ending this challenge with a little *Yogi's Choice*… and catching up on a pose I missed last week! 🙈🤍 I've been busy playing along with another challenge, so my #YSYD pose had to wait. But hey, better late than never, right? 😉 This is the gorgeous **#balancedtangle**, hosted by Joyce @geeoice_yoga, with inspiration from Karen @a.delicate.journey for our wonderful Yogi See Yogi Do crew @ysydcrew. 🖤 A little balance, a little entanglement, and a reminder that we don't have to do everything on time to enjoy being part of the fun! 😂✨ A huge thank you to my gorgeous and inspiring co-hosts for these eight days of #AloBoutEquinox3! 🤍 ALO Challenge Hosts: @galaortin @satyavatayoga @sarka_yoga @svenjaborchers @helengarnerweaver Sponsor: @aloyoga And some extra love for my YSYD family. 🖤 YSYD — Yogi See Yogi Do Host: Joyce @geeoice_yoga Inspo: Karen @a.delicate.journey Pose: #balancedtangle You can find all our Saturday shapes at @ysydcrew — everyone is welcome! 💭 What were your thoughts on this shape? 🥳 It’s not Saturday! But time to catch up on some 𝕐𝕠𝕘𝕚 𝕊𝕖𝕖 𝕐𝕠𝕘𝕚 𝔻𝕠 🙌 💪 This week Joyce is our host and she picked this fun spidy-like balance by Karen. 🙌 I thought it wasn’t too bad. I think I did it twice, and the lines didn’t drive me mad either. I’ll take that as a YSYD win for the week. 🖼️ Please tag the @YSYDCrew account or the hosts in your post image so we can find you. 🧘‍♀️ Host: @geeoice_yoga ♥️ Inspo: @a.delicate.journey ❞ Pose Name: #BalancedTangle 👙 Wearing @aloyoga 🧘‍♀️ My Yoga Mat @MandukaYoga 20% off with JENBELLYOGA20 @YSYDCrew:⁣ #YSYDCrew Joyce @geeoice_yoga Natasha @natashaswinter Helen @helengarnerweaver San @sanparrafit Bree @yogi.bree Sarka @sarka_yoga Pia @northernstar_yoga Jo @jbreton22 Svenja @svenjaborchers Becca @bowlingandyoga Jen @thyme4yoga Jen @jenbellyoga 🙋‍♀️ 💭 What were your thoughts on this shape?

Instagram vs reality💞 Swipe 👉🏽 for a glimpse of “reality” 😂🤪 When you pretend that life is simple and perfect but you have fallen 1000 times in just the last 10 min 😂🤣 This one was fun! Hard to find the right angle to make my arms and legs “look” longer 😂 I found that creating space between my hand and foot did the trick! 🥰 Yogi see- yogis do! Y🍁GI SEE Y🍁GI D🍁 Even with Fall here, the sun often comes out between rain showers and my mood is changing depending the weather 😆 With the sun out, I couldn’t miss to play with this fun #BalancedTangle created by the beautiful @a.delicate.journey and chosen by the one and only @geeoice_yoga 🧡 Like @jbreton22 said, this shape is perfect for the “Halloween vibe” 🎃 Happy Wednesday! SATURDAY NIGHT YOGA Joyce @geeoice_yoga brings us the yogi-see-yogi-do pose this week. Pose name ~ #BalancedTangle Inspired by ~ @a.delicate.journey Joyce’s quick tips: 👉 warm up hips, core, even wrists. they will thank you. 👉 you can start seated & lift up into the pose, OR lower down from a standing figure 4. i tried both & found it easier to lift from seated (see video), but we’re all different. 👉 cross 1 ankle over knee or top of other leg (figure 4 pose). thread the opposite arm through & bend the elbow like you’re hugging that leg. then get into a balance of 1 foot & 1 hand on the floor with your bum fighting gravity behind you. can you lift to tiptoe?? your core may start talking! 👉 camera was around knee height, or head on to where you’ll be in this pose. but you know, put that camera anywhere ya like. #ysydcrew #saturdayyogafun

Joyce is happy to bring the yogi-see-yogi-do pose this week for the @YSYDcrew 🫶 they shall call it #BalancedTangle , inspired by the elegant @a.delicate.journey (swipe to see hers) like a good YSYD, it may be trickier than appears—which is part of the fun. 😉 so let’s give it a go for funsies, yea? ✨SATURDAY ✨ 🧘🏻‍♀️YOGI•SEE•YOGI•DO🧘🏻 with the @ysydcrew 🤸🏻‍♀️The Pose: #BalancedTangle 🙋🏻Hosted by: @geeoice_yoga 🌟Inspo by: @a.delicate.journey I did this yesterday but forever a late poster. I wish I was higher on my toes but I had just worked out legs and they felt DEAD 💀 I could barely left my heel at all 😅. I did one (slide 1) for the lovey, and very funny host (slide 2) and a second (slide 3) because I couldn’t resist busting out my Alo set to match the cool vibes of the inspo (slide 4). My rogue left hand broke my line and bummed be out in that one but I resisted the urge to do it again (I have to remind myself that it’s not that serious 😝.) Last slide because I kinda liked the leaaaannn. Ok ✌🏼 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Like and follow hosts, inspo, and the entire @ysydcrew and play along if you wanna - remember, there’s no rules! 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏽👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏾👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏼 YSYD Crew: Joyce @geeoice_yoga 👈🏼 Helen @helengarnerweaver Bree @yogi.bree Natasha @natashaswinter Sarka @sarka_yoga Pia @northernstar_yoga San @sanparrafit Jo @jbreton22 Svenja @svenjaborchers Becca @bowlingandyoga Jen @thyme4yoga Jen B @jenbellyoga #ysyd #ysydpose #ysydcrewpose
