SUPPLEMENT SPOTLIGHT #1: THORNE WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE 💪
.
What you put into your body matters just as much as the work you put in at the gym!
.
We’re kicking off our new Supplement Spotlight series with Thorne’s Whey Protein Isolate, a high-quality protein powder designed to support muscle growth, recovery, and overall performance.
.
Here’s why we’re recommending it to our FQ10 community:
.
✅ NSF Certified for Sport® – Independently tested for quality, label accuracy, and nearly 300 substances banned in sports.
.
✅ 21g of protein per serving – Complete protein with all nine essential amino acids to support muscle repair and recovery.
.
✅ Easy on digestion – Lower in lactose and fat than traditional whey concentrate, with added digestive enzymes.
.
✅ Supports your fitness goals – Whether you’re building strength, recovering from workouts, or simply trying to hit your daily protein goals.
.
Want to try it before you buy it?
.
We’ll have Thorne protein samples available at the front desk at different times throughout the week! Stop by, grab a sample, and see what you think.

Week 40/52 - Recap: Worked from home, did an unreasonable amount of arts & crafts, watched Twyla turn Mom into a pillow, caught up with an old friend over drinks + pottery painting, got gifted the CUTEST bracelet, had the first Coffee & Crime session with Kiki, and FINALLY caught up on some Ted Lasso. 🥹

Now I’m packing for Long Beach…October is four days old and already doing entirely too much. 😬

Happy Birthday to Coach Alex Escobar!🥳

Alex has been part of the FQ10 family since starting as an intern in 2022, and it’s been awesome watching her grow into the trainer and coach she is today.🙌

As a competitive powerlifter herself, Alex has a real passion for strength training and helping others realize what they’re capable of. She’s especially passionate about working with women, helping them build strength, confidence, and feel more comfortable pushing themselves in the gym.💪

Alex brings a ton of knowledge, dedication, and personality to FQ10, and we’re lucky to have her on our team.🙏

Help us wish Alex a very Happy Birthday!🎂
