The Triangle tribe held one of their mini meetings last night!! Meaghan Langston facilitated a”Time Management” course for us!!! We learned so much from her. She helped us think about how we can organize our days better and how to get the most important things done!! We also learned how to get control over our email. A big thank you to all that attended and a BIG THANK YOU to RecallMax and Diane Smith for the generous dinner from Poppyseed Market!! (FYI: These new mini meetings are meetings that are going to help our chapter members better themselves personally!! It’s our goal to help the body, soul, and mind of our members!)

“I have good dental insurance they will cover that! I shouldn’t have to pay anything!”💸❌

The sentence we are told by patients every day all day!!! 😡

Is anyone else feeling the true struggle from Delta Dental and other insurance companies??

The cost of supplies, salaries, everything to run a business have all skyrocketed since 2020. ❌ BUT insurance is paying less and less, reducing fees, denying procedures that are necessary, and forcing dentists to write it off! ⛔️

How is this even remotely fair? 🤯

Dentists are now forced by insurance companies to basically do dentistry for free…. I’m sorry let me retract that. We are now forced to literally pay patients in an essence to get dental work done. When you subtract the cost of materials, chair time, salary, necessary expenses to keep a practice with running water and electricity and go off of the reduced fees we are literally in the negative⛔️⛔️‼️

Thoughts!!?? Or am I just crazy??
⬇️⬇️
When a hero comes along…….

So glad I came across this dentist's video. Dr. Alessandro is calling out and saying what we are all thinking about Delta Dental, Cigna, and all these other PPO’s trying to force us to do dentistry basically for free!!
Check out his videos on the PPO’s!
