We are demanding Kathy Holchul and mayor Mamdani start making arrest of ICE Gestapos who just shot a Dominican man in the Bronx . Dept of homeland security is a terrorist organization and so is DHS ice and NYPD . I will continue to use my celebrity status to speak out with Susan Sarandon , Bradley D Wong , Jody Foster , Robert dinero . NYPD must be dismantle they are protecting ice Gestapos who just shot an innocent Dominican man. nYPD you are not allowed to assist ICE criminals . Our Governor stated this . Mother fucking NYPD are arresting protesters who is speaking out against ICE Gestapos same as the other day arresting Susan Sarandon and me in the Palestinians protest . How dare you mother fucker NYPD. I am member of screen actors guild and actors equity association and I graduated from the highest humanity education The Juilliard school of Music. NYPD and ICE has no education all you need is a high school diploma to join law enforcement. NYPD are low class no culture no talent not handsome .NYPD are the most hideous looking people I have ever encountered when I demanded to the producer not to let NYPD movie unit eat our breakfast when I was costar in Netflix shows recently .

During Governor Kathy Hochul’s visit to SACSS, our Community Companions were on hand to help make sure clients, staff and visitors felt safe and supported.

Trained through The Asian American Federation’s Hope Against Hate Campaign, our Community Companions are equipped to assist with de-escalation, accompany community members around the neighborhood, and provide support when needed.

Whether it’s a special visit or a regular day at SACSS, our Community Companions are always present and ready to help create a safer, more welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Thank you to @stophatenyc and @aafederation for equipping community members with the tools to look out for one another and keep our neighborhoods safe.

Last week we were delighted to attend the Mid-Autumn Festival at Gracie Mansion with Pooja Bavishi, founder of @malai Ice Cream, and Tenzin Nyandak of @studio_nyandak, two thriving New York small businesses! It was great to see Commissioner @faiza_n_ali of the NYC Mayor's Office of @nycimmigrants, Meera Venugopal of the @aafederation, Jo-Ann Yoo, Deputy Executive Director of @aafenyc, and Jessie Lee, Managing Director of @redcnyc, and other friends & colleagues, and, of course, @nycmayor Mamdani, who shared his thoughts on the importance of families being able to gather for celebrations.

@nycmayor hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival gathering at Gracie Mansion complete with mooncakes 🥮, DJ 🎶, and mahjong tables 🀄️. Mid-Autumn is a time for families to gather. My family, like so many Asian American families, is a mix of immigrant and U.S.-born, small business owners and retired public servants, athletes, artists, teachers, and translators. I have had the honor of serving at the highest levels of federal, state, and now city government. I know how important representation is. And how beautiful it is when community becomes family and we get a chance to celebrate together.

Today, I stood with @speakermenin to announce a new task force that will help deliver the most accurate and inclusive census count in New York City’s history.

Together, we will fight back against the Trump administration’s attacks on the census and our immigrant communities.
