Here are my three biggest tips for buying quality real estate that will appreciate in Sun Valley:

First: Sun exposure. You want plenty of it—because losing the sun at two o’clock in the middle of winter gets old fast.

Second: Road noise. That ain’t fun, and there’s more of it in this valley than you might think.

Third: Location. Stay close to the resort core to maximize your long-term property value.

Want all three? Check out this Larkspur condo: four bedrooms, abundant natural light, Baldy views, and a quiet end-of-complex location overlooking the Bigwood Golf Course—all just minutes from downtown Ketchum.

Stoked to be ranked the #15 individual real estate agent in the great state of Idaho based on volume sold in 2025, and the #2 individual agent in our Sun Valley Board of Realtors MLS with over $40M sold in 15 transactions.

Thank you for letting me be a part of these monumental decisions - we love helping our clients and creating relationships that lead to local friendships.

Cheers yall! 👍🍻🎣⛷️🏔️

Peak father-daughter bonding with Ellie on the Proctor Mountain Loop trail yesterday.

Wildflowers are just starting, Benny found every creek possible and the view towards Baldy was 👌⛰️🌞

One of my favorite local hikes and a big reason why I named Proctor Mountain Group after this iconic spot.

We finished it off at Grumpys… then Lefty’s. Ellie gives the burger nod to Grumpys - I prefer the deck at Lefty’s. Which is your fav?

Few properties in the valley check all these boxes…

There are a lot of things I love about 113 Townsend Gulch, but a few really stand out to me:

• The setting — 21+ acres that feel completely private, yet you’re just minutes from town
• The water — a year-round pond stocked with trout, plus meaningful water rights, which are getting harder to find
• The way the home lives — every room gets light from multiple sides, which is surprisingly rare and makes the whole place feel alive
• The quality — this is a level of construction and detail that’s rarely seen today
• The lifestyle — between the terraces, gardens, and pond, this is a property that was made for gathering (I see a dinner party with a huge long table under twinkle lights with all your friends👌🍾💃✨) or just walking in the morning with a cup of coffee and hearing the birds welcome a new day.

It’s one of those homes that’s hard to fully appreciate until you’re there walking it…

Offered at $8.9M

Open House Tomorrow (Thursday April 23rd) from 12 – 3. Light lunch and beverages served. Bring your friends!

Ci vediamo lì!
