Hebrews 10:24–25 (NIV)
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together…but encouraging one another.”

Team Lifted, Lifted Fit Club, St. Johns Fit Club, Jax Beach Pier Fit Club. These are the communities I’ve been blessed to be a part of and get to build with these people.

From Cali all the way to Florida.

We don’t just show up for ourselves. We show up for each other. To encourage one another, grow together, and remind each other that we don’t have to do life alone.

It’s about so much more than a workout. It’s about building relationships, finding your people, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

Life is better when we do it together.

Next month’s dates!
November 7th - Jax Beach Pier Fit Club
November 14th - St Johns Fit Club

See y’all then!!!

Never say, “If I could just do this everything would be wonderful” or “if that happens, I’m done.” Neither one is true (it truly is about the moment and the journey that matters)

Hinckley Walk/Ruck Club Member Testimonials

After Saturday’s meet up, I reached out to each member who attended and asked one question:

“What’s your favorite part of our meet ups?”

These are a few of the responses I got, and they reinforce what I already knew.

We need community.

A place where we’re supported, challenged, encouraged, and reminded that we’re not doing this alone.

Because when we try to do everything on our own, we miss out on what happens when people come together with a shared purpose.

This club, these people, this mission… are only the tip of the spear.

We are truly JUST GETTING STARTED!
The Best Is Yet To Come!

Help me congratulate my client, @ashashouna , 1st Phorm’s third-quarter $10,000 Lifestyle Challenge winner! 🏆

83 pounds lost!

Aleisha is an ER nurse with a demanding schedule, an Army wife, and a mom. Behind these pictures are six years of work, setbacks, and never giving up, with a focus on balancing her health, family, school, and work.

She said it best: “I’m not perfect, my journey is not perfect.”

Her willingness to follow the program, communicate honestly through check-ins and assessments, and keep showing up helped her get here.

I’m proud to be her coach—and her friend. Getting to FaceTime her last night to congratulate her and tell her she’d won was a special moment. She later shared that this was a goal she’d quietly held for years!

Aleisha is the seventh client I’ve coached to win a 1st Phorm challenge, and she also credited our #TeamClayborn community for helping her keep going. Even when she wasn’t active, she was still there, watching others overcome setbacks and still be successful. Those examples matter more than most people realize.

For the Army spouses, busy parents, and shift workers wondering how to make progress with everything on their plate—her story is a reminder that the path doesn’t have to be perfect. Keep taking the next step and let people support you along the way.

Aleisha, thank you for trusting me to be your coach. I’m proud of your effort, your honesty, and your determination. YOU earned this!

If Aleisha’s story inspires you to start your own journey, reach out to me directly. I’d be glad to help you get started!

Help me celebrate her! 👏

Every month we get together, move our bodies, catch up, share some laughs, and meet someone new.

And every month, it’s a good time.

That’s really what this is about. Movement brings us together, but the people make it worth coming back.

Our next meetup is 11/21, and this one is special. It marks one full year of bringing this community together.

Come hang with us for our 2nd Annual Turkey Trot at All Star Kids 2, on Seminole Pratt & Orange Blvd.

Come for the movement. Stay for the people.

Anyone can do a workout.

You could do everything we did today in your living room, still wearing last night’s outfit if you really wanted to.

But you’d be missing the best part. The people. The encouragement. The friendships. A community that pushes you to be better and reminds you that you don’t have to do it alone.

It’s always been about so much more than a workout and a protein shake. It’s something we look forward to every month. Something we can be part of, pour into, and build together.

Shoutout to @anamdaryyy for being part of the St. Johns Fit Club community. She drives THREE HOURS from South Florida to show up, and grow with us. That kind of commitment says a lot about what this community means, and we’re grateful to have you here.

This is what it’s all about. Good people, showing up for each other, and building something bigger than ourselves.

Already looking forward to next month!!

Save the dates:
November 7th Jax Beach Pier Fit Club
November 14th St. Johns Fit Club at Riverfront Park

More details coming soon. We’ll see you there.

Quick recap of the WPO Bench wars weekend. My teammates Rich and Johnny didn't have the out come they wanted.. but put in one hell of an effot..proud to be a part of @gorillapackpowerlifting. Unexpected hard part for me ... bring away from my wife and daughter was rough. 1st time away from them since my open heart surgery battle last year. I was away 16 days from them... died 2x when I was in hospital and felt horrible for leaving them. Didn't think about how this short trip would effect me..but man it did.. really miss them and don't like being away from them. Woke up early...ate, showered and hitting the road..4hrs will be home with my world. Hug your family.. love is key.. God bless everyone

🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ SATURDAY STROLLS > SATURDAY EXCUSES! ⚡️

Our FIRST RFW Training Club Walk/Run meetup is in the books!! 🙌

Were the temperatures chilly? YEP. 🥶
Was it raining? SURE WAS. 🌧️
Did we show up anyway? YOU BET WE DID! 💪

45+ minutes of movement along the beautiful river, fresh air, good conversations, and even better company!

And THAT is what this community is all about. ❤️

Not every workout needs to happen inside four walls. Not every movement session needs to leave you drenched in sweat. Sometimes it’s simply about showing up, getting outside, moving your body, and surrounding yourself with people who make doing hard things a little more FUN.

Thank you to all the new faces today, and the many returning. 🫶🏼⚡️ you make this journey worth it.

Movement is medicine. Community is powerful. And together, we’re getting 1% BETTER. ⚡️

Here’s to the continuation of our RFW Training Club, monthly free community workouts/movement sessions!
