it took me 30 years to learn that…..

1. Perfectionism killed my growth. I waited for perfect conditions to sing or write songs — perfect mood, perfect time, perfect setup. Meanwhile I could’ve just shown up and been okay with rough.

2. Burnout comes from doing work that doesn’t reward you. Not from doing too much.

3. You procrastinate because you’re scared of what success actually demands of you next.

day 2 of PO1™ Immersion proved to us all that our businesses will only go as far as our minds will take us.

my personal mindset coach @giorgiogenius helped us get unstuck and dropped the belief shifts we didn’t know we needed.

we dug deep. it got emotional.

but everyone walked out of the room lighter, clearer, and back in the driver’s seat (no handbrakes on).

looking for a kickass founder community? DM me “LLP” to apply for our next cohort.

Big weekend full of connecting with other practitioners learning about how to be better, lead better and grow better for our colleagues and patients.
Thanks to everyone for creating a safe space to share.
Got to spend some more time with my man @davidwoophysio also. Prepping for something coming soon 👀🤐.
Cheers to @aldrinocsing and @thegerrytam for putting it all together.

If you get dizzy when you have headaches or neck pain/stiffness, it may be cervical dizziness (CD).

CD comes on when there is a mismatch between neck/eyes/ears.

Common symptoms include:
- imbalance/unsteadiness
- neck pain/stiffness
- headaches
- no vertigo
- feeling “spacey” or “off”

How can you fix this? Try these exercises at home!
- Chin tucks
- Neck Rotation Stretch
- Trigger ball release on sore neck muscles

bppv is often missed in older people because they don’t report spinning. so the next time your doc says “it’s just your age”, come see a vestibular physio (that’s me!)
