Everyone meet my client, Ashley!

Her physical transformation is nothing short of amazing but read her testimonial to see how fitness changed more than just her appearance 🤩

“Erica has helped me build something that fits my life instead of expecting my life to fit around fitness. I’m not chasing skinny anymore. I’m chasing strong. I want a body that’s strong enough to do the things / love and properly fueled so I can show up as the best version of myself - as a woman, a wife, a mom, and in all the other roles I carry.” ♥️♥️♥️

I’d say September was a pretty good month! Time spent with these goofy kids, soccer games with a bestie, getting to help baptize my other bestie, worshiping along side other amazing ladies at Woman Camp, and time spent with family for Lincoln’s birthday! 🥰🥰

Several lessons were learned this weekend:
1. the wagon that should tolerate 300 lbs will crumble under 100 lbs because Satan was terrified of the peace I might experience
2. I still don’t love camping but I do love a weekend to flip the focus to Jesus; He had no qualms reminding me that sometimes there is healing in just letting go and worshiping Him.
3. Do NOT place a hammock chair on a hill…I promise you will flip over your chair during solitude time 🙈

I am so thankful to have experienced this weekend with some of the most beautiful women I know. I’m so thankful for discomfort- because that’s where you grow.

Celebrated the 10 year wedding anniversary of our dear friends, Dan and Jess! So happy to have witnessed you both take your vows and then live out your marriage with love and encouragement! Also, it’s a reminder that I have had the privilege of having these ladies in my life for just as long! ❤️

Beautiful day to kayak with some friends! It doesn’t look like it, but I actually put 70 SPF on twice. Gonna be feeling that for a few days! 😬😬
