ONE YEAR OF THE TPN WELLNESS ACADEMY

One year ago, we set out to create something we believed was deeply needed: a space dedicated to supporting women athletes not only for who they are in their sport, but for who they are as whole human beings.

This month, we celebrate one year of the TPN Wellness Academy, created through the partnership of The Players Network @theplayersnetwork_ and The Wellness Universe.

Over this past year, we’ve brought women athletes access to experts, education, resources, meaningful conversations, and transformational experiences designed to support the many dimensions of their lives.

From career development, contracts, negotiation, and self-advocacy to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. From virtual workshops and classes to in-person experiences, networking, self-development, recovery, and genuine human connection.

Because an athlete’s well-being cannot be separated from the woman she is becoming.

We are incredibly proud of what we have built together and even more excited about where we are going.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also want to recognize Sam, Gabby, and Bri, the three women who created The Players Network and whose vision opened the door for a community dedicated to supporting women athletes.

And we celebrate the 25+ incredible practitioners, educators, coaches, and experts who bring their time, talent, knowledge, and experience to the TPN Wellness Academy. Through classes, workshops, programs, educational resources, and personal connection, they show up to help these women grow, navigate challenges, care for themselves, and create lives and careers that support who they truly are.

To every expert, partner, supporter, and especially every woman athlete who has trusted us to be part of her journey, thank you.

Here’s to one year of the TPN Wellness Academy, to stronger women, healthier careers, greater opportunities, and a future where women athletes are supported in mind, body, spirit, career, and life.

And we’re just getting started.

We’re still electric from the excitement of SoulTreat!! ⚡️

This space created new friendships and connections of like-minded souls.
We witnessed people listening without judgment, individuals finally speaking their truth, and people embracing strangers like old friends. ✨

It was a transformational experience we’re still reminiscing on a month later. 💛

Something magical happens when people come together with open hearts. ✨

SoulTreat was filled with life, spirit, joy, laughter, movement, and connection. We danced. We sang. We hugged. We learned. We released. We reset. We celebrated what it means to be seen, supported, and held in community.

From powerful panels and heart-opening workshops to Chakradance, movement, sing-alongs, meaningful conversations, and spontaneous moments of joy, every part of SoulTreat reminded us that healing can also feel like laughter, friendship, music, and love.

New friendships were born. Existing bonds grew stronger. Hearts softened. Spirits lifted. And together, we created something that will continue to live in each of us long after the retreat.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who showed up, shared your light, and made SoulTreat the experience it was. The transformation was tangible. 💛

Big congratulations to our Abby Ostrem for a fantastic performance, scoring a brace against Hastenbeck in the Frauen-Regionalliga Nord! ⚽⚽🔥 🇩🇪🇺🇸

A dominant and assertive win for Aurich sees the Lower Saxony side climb to the top of the table. 📈

Since joining in February, Abby has already proven to be a key player and an important presence for her team. Proud of the impact she’s making!

⚽ 🇪🇺 🇩🇪 We would like to congratulate our Natalie Oliver for scoring her first-ever European goal!

Natalie netted the opener in Aurich’s win against SV Meppen 1912 U20 in the second round of the Lower Saxony Cup.

She finished a beautiful move started by Doro Greulich, calmly converting a right-wing cross with a precise left-footed shot.

A great moment and hopefully the first of many! 👏
