We did the fucking thing! RX BABY!

Almost 10 years of CrossFit, and I’m still finding new ways to challenge myself.

Preparing for today’s RX competition meant choosing RX workouts, working on movements I’ve avoided for years, and intentionally pushing myself outside my comfort zone.

It’s easy to get comfortable, and even easier to become complacent. But this experience has reminded me just how much I love this sport and how rewarding it is to put in the work simply because I want to grow.

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about challenging yourself just to see what you’re capable of. Nearly a decade into this sport, I’m still discovering new strengths, finding new goals, and realizing there’s always room to grow. And that alone is something to be proud of.🥹🫶🏽

And one of the greatest parts of this experience has been having people in my corner who genuinely want to see me grow. My bestie, my coaches, my crossfit fam and my husband have made this journey even more meaningful 🥲🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹. Putting in the work is rewarding, but having people who believe in you, push you, and celebrate those moments with you is an entirely different kind of win.

Almost a decade later, I’m still learning, still growing, and finding new reasons to fall in love with this sport all over again. ❤️

New challenge, same crew. 🙌 Hear what one of our members thought about her first HYROX class, and why training functional fitness at YCCF gave her a solid foundation for something more endurance based. Want to try it yourself?

You don’t have to be ready for a HYROX race. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to show up and be willing to work.
Come see what HYROX training at Yuba City CrossFit is all about.
