I was recognized for being top in promoting out the most MMPs in our company. This is the core rank in Monat. && if you can figure out how to hit core rank over and over again, and continue to build, you can really start to scale your business.

My goal has always been to build leaders. There were times when I thought “is this even working?!?!” To get recognized for this, plus Meta, means so much to me. && then to have my best friend on the stage with me @shelbsjones 😭😭

Y’all, I just have to brag on my sweet mentor, Abbey, for a minute! 🥹

When I first came across her TikTok, all I saw was this famous TikToker with the most GORGEOUS hair! 🤣😍 Never in a million years did I imagine I would end up being part of her team!

But what I’ve learned is that there’s so much more to her than beautiful hair and a big following. She has such a genuine heart! ❤️

Today, she took time out of her day just to check on my family and make sure we were safe from the storm. 🥹 It’s the little things like that that speak volumes about someone’s character!

When I stepped into this business, I had no idea what to expect, but the Lord knew exactly what He was doing. He placed me in a community of Christian women who encourage each other, and genuinely care about one another.

I came for the hair, but God has blessed me with so much more! 🥹🤍

I’m so thankful for Abbey, her leadership, and this sweet community of faith-filled women. This is SO much bigger than selling hair products. It’s about building relationships, encouraging one another, and keeping God at the center of it all! 🫶🏻💕

We were created for connection.

Not comparison.
Not competition.
Not pretending we have it all together.

“Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. For if either falls, his companion can lift him up.”

Comparison kills connection.

When we’re constantly measuring ourselves against other women, we miss the opportunity to celebrate them, learn from them, and walk alongside them.

Scripture tells us:

“Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.”
— Romans 12:15

There’s a difference between being liked and being known.

Real friendship requires vulnerability. It requires women who are willing to sharpen one another, encourage one another, and sometimes lovingly challenge one another.

“Iron sharpens iron, and one person sharpens another.”
— Proverbs 27:17

Vulnerability creates real friendship.

And when one of us is struggling, we don’t step back. We step closer.

“Carry one another’s burdens; in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
— Galatians 6:2

That’s the kind of community I want to build.

Women who love Jesus.
Women who cheer for each other.
Women who pray for each other.
Women who carry each other.
Women who refuse to compete when we could collaborate.
Women who are willing to be known so they can truly be loved.

And ultimately? Women who want to spread the Gospel together.

Because we were never meant to do kingdom work alone. 🤍

✨ MONATIONS ANAHEIM 2026 ✨

This weekend was Monations Anaheim, the 2nd stop on our Monations World Tour 🌎✨

Normally, Monations is one huge global conference where thousands of people from all over the world come together in one place. But as Monat has continued to expand globally, this year we decided to take Monations on the road and bring the party to multiple locations so more of our global family could experience it 🎉

& this weekend was my stop in Anaheim… (how perfect for this Disney girl 😂🏰✨)

I joined Monat almost 5 years ago and I honestly had no idea how much this company and the people in it would change my life 🥹

I didn’t attend my first Monations because, if I’m being honest, I wasn’t taking my business as seriously as I should have that first year. Then I attended my 2nd year and everything changed 🔥

I realized there is something SO different about being in a room with thousands of people who are building something, dreaming bigger, celebrating wins, launching new products and countries, and pushing themselves toward goals that once felt impossible.

The energy is different. The momentum is different. And you leave with a fire in you that’s hard to explain until you experience it yourself ❤️‍🔥

& then there’s the people. Getting to hug the people we talk to every single day, make memories with my team, spend time with my mentors and our corporate family, and watch this Monat family continue to grow. 🥹🤍

Every Monations carries different memories, but they all remind me why I started.

This was my 4th Monations, and I can confidently say it will always be a non-negotiable for me 🙌🏼

This was exactly what I needed. I came home with the fire, the clarity, and the momentum to RUN toward my goals and take my business to the next level 🚀

I already know Monations 2027 is going to look a whole lot different for my growing team and I and I cannot wait to see what we build between now and then 🥹

Do it in front of 1,000 people while you’re at it 😅🫶

This past weekend was one of the most therapeutic experiences… I’ve always been the strong one, the one that “never cries” and someone who has a hard time feeling emotions. In some ways it’s been a good thing - I can look at a situation logically, hold my cool in difficult situations, and be a confident leader when people need support.

But I can’t tell you how freeing it was to finally let go, and feel. Especially in a room full of people who were cheering me on as I did it. Thank you Monat family - this moment meant more to me than you even know.

Monat MDC members out here living their best lives 💅🔥

Did you know Monat has produced more million dollar earners (yes this is million dollars EARNED! not sales volume) in a shorter period of time than any other network marketing company?

In less than 12 years we have had over 115 partners earn over $1,000,000 in commissions.

When I first heard about the Million Dollar Club it felt SO out of reach for me.

But I’ll never forget being at my very first earned trip and watching a woman get inducted into the Million Dollar Club. Her two kids ran up behind her and I was finally able to picture myself, a fellow mom of 2, joining this club.

In this video are 3, 5, 10, 15 and even 20MDC members. I’m closing in on that first million-dollar mark myself. But I think what most people miss is that the Million Dollar Club isn’t really about the number - it’s about the freedom and flexibility the income can provide.
