It’s the dawn of a new day ☀️

Do you have a morning routine that sets you up for success?

No matter how intentional you are (or aren’t), how you start your day can have a HUGE impact on how your day goes. It can even be a good indication of how your day will end.
Meaning if you start your day anxiety ridden, you’re probably going to end your day there. But if you start your day with things that bring you joy, that build up your confidence, that support your body’s natural systems, that encourage you to keep striving to be better, you are going to find yourself a genuinely joyful, confident, encouraged human ready to impact the lives of those around you.

That is why I decided to do this 30 day challenge with a few good friends. To reset. To more impactful to those around me. To be filled with joy and confidence despite my circumstances. And I would love for you to join us!

Here’s the details:
+ Read a chapter in the Bible
+ Intentionally move your body for 30 minutes
+ Replace one meal a day with Balance Complete
+ Drink a gallon of water
+ Drink 2-4 ounces of Ningxia

To purchase Balance Complete & Ningxia just click the link in my bio that says “Get Those Good Young Living Products” and shop away! As always, I’m here if you need any help.
