Last minute entry into comp!!! The only goal today: have fun. Really didn't prep for this one, so I didn't set too many expectations. I was pleased with my performance above all else. Always a great time to get on the road to hang with my strong people. It was a long day in the heat and while being sun beat I placed 6th out of 12 with some of the strongest around. It's been years since my first stone lifting event and I'll say it was a nice return back to the field. Didn't zero any events and walked away in one piece. Thats a big win for me...

🔥 JUST LOOK AT THE ATHLETES COMING TO GLOBAL STRONGMAN! 🔥

This isn’t just another strongman show.

We’ve brought together an incredible group of athletes from the UK, Europe and beyond — champions, record breakers, international competitors and some of the most exciting names in the sport.

And on Saturday 26th September, they all step into the same arena at Magna.

Five events.
One huge live show.
And a field absolutely stacked with talent. 💪🌍

Videos and photos are great… but strongman is different when you’re actually there.

The noise. The atmosphere. The crowd getting behind the athletes. And seeing these weights moved just metres away from you.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, now is the time to get your seats sorted.

📅 Saturday 26th September

Let’s unpack this. As an athlete we have moments of failure. Moments of embarrassment and a rage of defeat. This was one of those moments for me. I spent 8 months after @therivercitystrongmangames qualifying for Nationals training and preparing. And In 60 seconds I zeroed an event.
Walking off the stage I was pissed, embarrassed and hurt that I had let myself, my coaches, my husband who made the 16 hour trek, all down. I walked back to my chair in tears.
Having time to process I now realize that it’s a privilege to be challenged. I’m going to fail many more times aspiring to my goal. That I’m already so much farther than where I started and made it to motherfucking @americasstrongestmaster! The win is in the daily grind not the podium at the end of the day. Becoming that better version, the championships will follow.
Being ranked Nationally as #10 Americas Strongest Master has a nice ring to it 😁 🏆🙌

The games director wouldn’t say that…. Would he 😅

With our ladies divisions looking a little lonely for Wood Ridge’s Strongest Stone Lifter we’re calling on all women who love rocks and/or women who’ve ever once thought, “I could probably do that!”

Come lift some stones, bring a friend, make some friends, and better yet, make the games director eat his words😘.
