Last day of the BEST MONTH!! So many things to be grateful for!! Entered my last yr of 50 on Sept 7th… completed my 2nd Hyrox on my bday… 7 min PR over last time and I’m grateful for the ability to even get out there. There were some things that kept me from an even better time: rock in my shoe, wore shoes that flared up my IT band a couple days before the competition & that slowed me down on my runs and I think the pain & the rock caused body mechanic issues that led to the absolute worst cramping in my big toe at wall ball’s. I finished though… but it was so painful & scary! A PR is a PR so GO T! ❤️‍🩹🎉💪🏾
Went to Chicago for the “first time” & had so much fun in my birth city w/family!! Coached my last classes at OTF Kingstowne & I’m setting in w/new OTF Fam in DC studios!! Thank you all for the messages, gifts, love & encouragement not only for Hyrox but also for my bday & the transition!! I appreciate you all so much & will never take any of it for granted! Know that age is a mindset & you’re never too old to try something new! Even if it scares you!
Thanking God for every phase of my life & so excited for what’s to come next! Love you to life & health, Coach T!! 💋

end of summer has me thinking about all the places i should’ve stayed longer 🥲

and currently at the top of that list: shaking my ass on a yacht in cartagena as the sun set over the caribbean 💃🏽🌅 because i stand by the fact that sometimes the best place to watch the sunset is always on the water. 🌊

forever thinking about this dreamy evening cruising around cartagena with @experiencesctg ✨

this could probably heal me right about now!!!

if you’re heading to cartagena, take a day to get out and on the water 🌊

we did an island day trip to barú with @experiencesctg and it was easily one of the highlights of the trip. playa blanca is just as beautiful as it looks with its clear blue water, soft sand, and the kind of place you can just sit and relax for hours. give yourself permission to slow down during your trip. ❤️ there’s really so much beauty just a short boat ride away from the city 🏝️

Hola from 📍 Cartagena!

My first time in South America and Cartagena said welcome with color, music, and sunshine 🇨🇴

The warmth of the people, the music everywhere, the colors, and the energy of the city made Cartagena feel so vibrant. Lively, colorful, and full of things to do ✨

Here’s a mini guide of some of my favorite things we did:
Wandered around Getsemaní 🎨
Did a boat party with @experiencesctg ☀️🛥️
Experienced the nightlife at Plaza de la Trinidad 🌙
Took a cooking class at @lifeisgoodctg 🍳
Tried a Champeta dance class with @blacklegacyexperiences 💃🏽
Went island hopping 🌊
Explored Palenque and learned about its powerful history 🤎

Send this to your travel group chat immediately. Save this mini guide for your Cartagena itinerary 🇨🇴
