A big Happy Birthday to my fave @abbyyoungvt !! Abby, I will do planes, trains, rental cars and ferries with you any day of the year. I will also take down a church bouncer to get you to birthday dinner on time. You have absolutely slayed this chapter and I’ll be here to ride the rest of it out with you wherever we decide to run away to. You’re my fave Virgo sun, Libra rising, travel, snowboard, spa and never-not-real-af-hero!! Happy Birthday! Xoxo ♍️❤️🏂

January in a nutshell 💫
Days have been racing by lately. Kinda felt like 24h shrunk to 4 and moments like these started holding even more value.
We went through transformations, adventures, big projects, big changes, big plans and it looks like we’re in for one hell of a year with a pinch of puberty to spice it up 😅

Most times holding it together,
some realizing how fast these times will become sweet memories, but that’s how it goes right? And we’re lucky to be around to experience it.

Last weekend we were fortunate to spend time with some of our favorite humans - the kinds of friends that are your chosen family and just make you immediately feel surrounded by love. Thanks @abbyyoungvt & @oldshadylane for the invite, we had the best time. Stowe is so awesome, your farm is so awesome and spending time with everyone was just the best. Our stomachs hurt from laughter and our hearts are full. We miss everyone already. HBD Phil!

I had the honor of being inducted into the Vermont Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame a few weeks ago. So thankful for my family, coaches, friends and everyone who supported me and my snowboarding over the years. And a big thank you to @burtonsnowboards who I have been with for 25 years, I love you guys. Even kids from small towns in Vermont can do big things.

What an incredible week we had at HQ in Burlington!

I’m so grateful for the work I get to do and the memories and change we create with the diverse, incredible people at @burton 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to @stefanie.haala for being the best travel buddy one could wish for. From the many laughs, our nature walk in the middle of nowhere, exploring Boston, to being a stellar colleague and friend. And to @daenimey , my dearest hotel roommate, although not pictured (photos of us sleeping and in our underwear would’ve been inappropriate).

While not everything is “better” in the US of A, considering the election outcome, things are definitely “bigger,” as confirmed by our side salad. 😆

Leaving inspired and happy to get home to my loved ones and an exciting season ahead.

Ps. It was windy (pic5)
