Yesterday, I had the opportunity to teach the students @abcofdesignswithmasterpiece on Building a Sustainable Portfolio Using Social Media.

I talked about why, in this digital age, social media should be more than a place to post pretty pictures. It can become a living portfolio that showcases your skills, documents your work, builds credibility and helps the right people discover you.

I genuinely enjoyed every part of the session. From teaching to the conversations, questions and seeing the students think differently about how they can use social media.

Grateful for the opportunity to teach, connect and share what I know.🥰🩷

When starting out my design journey, and as a creative in general it felt so lonely and stressful, tried to source out materials online, but it either looked like you needed alit of money to get information or you just have to learn while trying and failing. And that’s exactly what I did. I learnt, failed and learnt from my failure. But as a wise woman once said, “baby, once you pass through that door be sure you open up that door wider for others to pass through too”, and that is exactly what interior design bootcamp is. I may not have the capacity to physically take on students from all the messages I get, but you can definitely learn one or two or a hundred from here..

Let’s take this journey together.
