POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The story you tell yourself before the sun even comes up is the story you end up living. Early mornings have a way of stripping everything down to just you and your own voice. No noise, no distractions, no one else’s opinions to drown out what you actually believe about yourself.

That’s why I treat movement as more than exercise. It’s meditation. Every rep, every breath, every mile is a chance to rewrite the narrative. To choose strength over doubt, discipline over excuses, possibility over fear. The body moves and the mind follows.

And before any of it starts, the mantras come first. The words I repeat to myself aren’t just motivation, they’re instruction. They tell my nervous system what kind of day this is going to be before the world has a chance to decide for me. I am capable. I am consistent. I am exactly where I need to be.

Whatever story you’re telling yourself right now, in this season of your life, in this moment, you have the power to edit it. Start early. Start quiet. Start with yourself.

@charleefraser thank you for allowing me to watch you take over the world every step of the way. You are a wonder. The world has no idea how fearless you really are. Multi-hyphenate babe! 💕💕💕💕

In a year that has left me at times shaken to my core, feeling like a failure, and in some other dark places, I've also found self love, reflection, and surprisingly a bit of patience. @tonigarrn just dancing with you, hugging, laughing hysterically, and even bickering like two old sisters sealed my self love and gratitude among many other things. that's very powerful shit. I love you and thank you for literally bringing me back to the most recognizable version of myself i've seen in a long time 💕💕

We love celebrating love. Nice to be in my hometown for a fabulous wedding fete honoring the love and commitment my dear friends @auntiemoneybags and @lesbichonsparis have made to one another. You guys are definitely in charge of my wedding if that day ever happens. 😂😂
