Community *Acupuncture* That’s Not Always Acupuncture will be held on Wednesday August 26th at our favorite loft in greenpoint

This month as a part of our Community *Acupuncture* Series we will be inviting Glo to our sacred third floor to treat us to an incredibly nurturing form of bodywork known as Wùo Taï. It’s similar to Thai massage, but through an osteopathic lens.

Glo is a bodywork practitioner and yoga teacher. She has studied Thai massage with and received certifications from renowned practitioners including Sarah Seely of Thai Brooklyn, the teachers from the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Roland Combes, the creator of Wùo Taï. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Sciences.

Accompanying the evening will be our residents River Rainne and fuzzyy who will be behind the booth providing live music to Soothe Our Souls. We were actually able to record their last session and it is available on YouTube and BandCamp if you want to check it out!

As always, Dara will have hands on heads - providing you with an ever-so-subtle touch to ease those cranial bones.

Last month, we set up a little chill-out zone beside the treatment zone, so that those who were done with their treatments could integrate (journal, bliss out, hydrate, nap, etc) after their treatment is over but want to continue enjoying the music :)

**As a reminder, there will be no acupuncture this month!**

Thanks to everybody who came to May’s Community Acupuncture!

We had an incredible evening of acupuncture, touch therapy & live music for the soul. The room was transformed into a calming container, filled with friends and strangers alike- all healing each other.

Eternal thanks to the whole team: @modern.tonic.acu @aka.fedra @iamjuliehill @abelsonlive @yeah_right.get_real @sacredsoftware_ @lightandsounddesign

See you at the next one 😌

❤️🌎🎊 “Love Takes Over” by See Other & Envi Jordan is a fantastic 90s inspired house anthem! “We’ll dance our cares away, all night baby lover…” ❤️

Inspired by the city of New York, where DJ/producer See Other (@abelsonlive ) is based, and pop singer-songwriter Envi Jordan (@envijordan ) originates, and sounds of 90s dance music, “Love Takes Over” is both fresh and nostalgic.

Brought to you by DreamMachine. 💿☁️🌈
