Almost everyday I take a few minutes to think about how lucky I am to be alive and lean into a feeling of thankfulness. Sometimes it changes the whole day. That single thought motivates me to show up and give the best effort I can. #keepmovingwhileyoucan #exercisegratitude #fightforwhatyoubelievein #keepshowingup #changethedaychangeyourlife 🤘👊
