Happy 62nd Birthday to One of #Abfitness OG Members @koolsville59
-
It’s been a long road but we are truly honored to be a part of your fitness journey!
We have watched you barely doing a pull-up to knocking out sets of 20!
Barely doing the barbell with deadlifts to deadlifting over 400lbs for reps!
We are so proud of you and the transformation you have made!
You are the definition of getting better with time!
Proud of you! Enjoy your special day today!
No cake 🎂
Only Protein Shakes 💪🏻
JK or am I?! Lol

Rant😡

On the mastermind call I got fired up.
The topic of jumping into a frozen lake came up
It reminded me of some silly ad I saw about how someone starts their perfect day... ...and how this sets them up for a perfect week and that ice baths are why they have a perfect life
I wanted to vomit
They show her smiling as she takes off her parka super excited to jump in the frozen lake
It’s literally looks like she’s surrounded by glaciers and there a perfect hole cut in the lake.
Everything looks just so perfect
Than she jumps in and they show her enjoying being in a frozen lake
Literally no change in respiration 🙄

Than. She goes under the water...and on this typical morning she had an under water camera crew. 🤷‍♀️ Than. She gets out.
Does not dry off(they make a point to say this)
Than they show her Sitting by a fire with 6 perfect logs in a teepee
Sipping a perfect cup of coffee that’s steaming
Smiling and completely enjoying freezing her ass off ...And this is how she starts her perfect day...everyday
this is the toughest women on the planet or this was wonderful example of social media garbage
Get real!
I used different words on the call today but it had me fired up how people do such stupid things and portray the perfection in their life. 🤢

Rant over😀

I’ll go back to cleaning up dog shit and fighting off 3 kids so I can actually sit down to write an email 😘

One of my 2020 fitness goals is to be able to complete 5 pull ups. This means I need to take my upper body workouts to a new level. Even though my arms gave out after a few sets, the only way you’re going to improve yourself is by pushing yourself. You learn from messing up & failing! Remember to ALWAYS stay positive and keep your eye on the goal. I already feel a lot stronger from the beginning of January. Let’s make this year full of a lot of accomplishments!!!! We got this loves❤️😘💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻😍

Email is Dead.🤦‍♂️ And other lies... Another Great SPF Mastermind Call in the books. 🍻

Today I taught several variations of the 9 word email, a concept invented by amazing marketer Dean Jackson.
One of our members reported he made 30k 🤯from one email that I wrote...he literally copied and pasted from my inbox, something I only allow my active members to do... 😉 and sent it to his list.
True story.
Want access to all the variations I taught today?

[CEO Mastermind]

I have a very small group of 10 ultra successful and amazing gym owners i work with on a regular basis outside of the SPF Mastermind
Today they shared their progress on the plans they set at our last meeting
Having built in check points to go over your goals is essential
Having a group you have to report to halfway through is somewhat scary but sure does hold you accountable
As Gym owners your probably holding your clients accountable to showing up and eating clean
Whose holding you accountable to the things you said you were gonna do for your business?
The group pictured is Full...but I will be opening another soon.
PM if your a high level gym owner that wants to be held accountable to achieving greatness
