the purpose of life… something only the divine can define.

feeling forever grateful for the opportunity to choreograph on these brilliant dancers at sarasota contemporary dance this summer. the willing, hungry hearts of my dancers made the dance what it was, i could not be happier. a special thank you to @leymisbolanoswil for cultivating a space where emerging artists can explore, create, and discover who they are, as well as providing support and feedback throughout this process. this experience has changed and shaped me as a choreographer, it is simply the catalyst for my choreographic journey.

Mandy Lanier (Wednesday, July 8 | 6:00–8:00 PM)
Mandy is a dancer and choreographer from South Florida currently pursuing a BFA in Dance at the University of Florida. She enjoys blending classical technique with contemporary movement to create meaningful, expressive work and views dance as a way to honor her Creator.

Kayleigh Lollar (Thursday, July 9 | 6:00–8:00 PM)
Kayleigh is a WFA Dance Company alumni currently pursuing a BFA in Dance at the University of Florida. With training in modern, jazz, ballet, and African diasporic dance, she is inspired by Pina Bausch’s humanistic approach to movement and enjoys experimenting with contemporary floor work.

Abi McNulty (Friday, July 10 | 6:00–8:00 PM)
Abi is a WFA Dance Company alumni currently training with Ingredients Dance Company. She recently toured with Dance Revolution and continues to expand her training in modern, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop.

Hello friends! Abi is home and looking for some babysitting jobs this summer!

Just a little bit about Abi 😊 -
This past year I moved to Dallas, Texas to be a part of a ministry dance company, Ingredients Dance Company, and am home for the summer! I was a nanny my entire time in Dallas, and have been nannying off and on since I was 14. I’ve worked with kiddos from a few days old up into their teens. My family is a foster family, so I’m always around kids of all ages and love getting to love on them! I’m available most days of the week, and consistently available weekend evenings! I would love to get to connect with you!!

Here’s a little glimpse into my year with ingredients!

This season was full of firsts and new things. These last 9 months have been scary and hard and sweet and exciting and growing in ways I didn’t expect, and the Lord carried me through it all. I’m so thankful for the people who have become my family and this place that has become like home. I’m filled beyond measure with gratitude and joy. The Lord is so faithful. Thank you Jesus. I’m excited and honored to be coming coming back for a second year:)

I don’t talk like I used to
I’ve been washed from the inside out!

Look at what the Lord has done!!!! What started as a seed has now begun to flourish! My year at Ingredients has changed me because Jesus is in it all. The Lord brought me here as he knew exactly what I needed and how much it would truly bless me. He knows how I learn and grow and placed me here as he knew I would thrive. He knows my heart and that I needed a spiritual family to not only encourage but to sharpen me. He knew I needed leaders to look up to and be inspired by. He knows me so well and knew how deeply I would LOVE this place and these people! I am SO thankful for everything he has taught me this year, guided me through and held my hand in. He continues to refine me and invites me to grow closer to him and I can’t wait for this next season of growth! Thank you Lord for the gift ING is to me and for always knowing my heart!
