2025 taught me the biggest lessons of my life
One of the most important ones: you are the greatest project you will ever work on.

This year made me realize how much energy I poured into helping and holding space for others while forgetting to prioritize myself. It was a year filled with every emotion there is to exist… the highest highs, the lowest lows, and everything in between.

2025 feels like the year I woke up from a coma.
A year of relearning who I am, finding my place in this world, pushing boundaries, and doing things I never imagined I’d be brave enough to do. It was a year of self discovery, healing, and uncomfortable growth.

I am endlessly grateful for my family and for the friends who have stood by me since day one. Starting Naturopathic Medicine healed something deep within me… finally choosing myself and my dreams, even when it meant stepping far away from everything familiar. I’m grateful to God for giving me the courage to move to Chicago alone, and for the incredible friends I’ve gained along the way.

2025 was about figuring myself out
2026 is about becoming her
