POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

600K views overnight… just by showing the mess? 🥐👀

Most people wait until they succeed to start filming. Abi Caswell started before she even opened the doors 🧠💡

Her first video hit 600,000 views overnight…not because she had everything figured out, but because she had the guts to show the beginning of the journey.

While other creators only post the highlight reel, Abi documented the raw, chaotic reality of building @batterabakery: the mistakes, employee hurdles, and real-time stress. That radical transparency helped bring in 12,000 followers in just 24 hours!

Authenticity isn’t drama. It’s the blueprint 📈✨

Would you share the messy side of building your dream, or only the final win? Drop your thoughts below 👇

You built the business…so why are you the one walking on eggshells?

Being a “yes man” to every client and accommodating every employee doesn’t make you a great leader—it burns you out, hurts your top performers, and drags down company culture.

In this clip, Jeff and Abi Caswell (@abicaswell) get brutally honest about the hardest leadership lesson most entrepreneurs learn the hard way:
❌ Delaying a hard termination to “protect feelings” only creates months of avoidable chaos.
❌ Keeping the wrong culture fit punishes the people who actually want to be there.
❌ Business decisions aren’t personal attacks—they are boundary checks.

If you struggle with separating empathy from operational reality... it might be time to set real boundaries (or, as Abi jokes, book that therapy session 😉).

Drop your thoughts below: What was the hardest lesson you learned about letting an employee go? 💬👇

Entrepreneurship may look easy from the outside, but building a successful business often means working long after everyone else has gone home.

None of it was easy. Behind the visible success were weeks, months and years when nearly every waking hour was spent building the business. Even now the work doesn’t completely stop when she leaves the office.

That is one of the hardest realities of entrepreneurship: You may physically go home, but mentally, you are still at work. You are thinking about the next decision, the next problem, your employees, your customers, your finances and everything that needs to happen tomorrow.

And then comes the guilt—the guilt of working, the guilt of being distracted at home and the feeling that you should always be doing more somewhere else.

This is the side of entrepreneurship that success stories often leave out.

Have you ever struggled to mentally leave work at work?

If you know me, you know, I believe everything happens for a reason. I met Shelby, we had a conversation and now we’re working together on some exciting things! I’m so glad that we went to the good people gather retreat otherwise we wouldn’t know about Connie‘s impressions 🙌🏼
