Last night I celebrated the launch of my new book with friends and family at the café where I wrote so much of my book. This book is dedicated to my friends so it felt very special to celebrate with so many of them last night. And I managed to only cry a little bit (ok a lot). Very sadly, the café I so love, @thelastcrumblondon , has had to close their doors this year so last night was also a farewell party to them too. If you have a local café / bookshop / library / lido that you love, then please use it. These community spaces mean so much and yet they can so easily disappear from our high streets without our support. A big thank you to my local bookshop @stokeybookshop for providing the books at last night’s event.

This basically sum up my hectic 9 months journey at Le Cordon Bleu London. It has been a great, tough and definitely memorable journey here from basic to intermediate and now successfully completed my superior level. Thank you all the lovely people for being part of my bitter, sweet and sour journey. Yay, I am a qualified chef 😎💕 #lecordonbleulondon #chefslife #chef
