Finally ready to make a more emotional post.
Some places you walk into… and some places change you forever. 🤍

Nooma became so much more than a studio to me. It became a place where I felt seen, loved, and cherished exactly as I was. A place that met me where I was, but never let me stay there.

It challenged me to grow. To push past what I thought I was capable of. To find strength I didn’t know I had—not just physically, but deep within me. It taught me that strength isn’t always about how much you can lift, how hard you can push, or how long you can hold a pose. Sometimes strength is simply choosing yourself, showing up, and believing you are worthy of taking up space. Sometimes it’s pulling back when the world around you is telling you to push.

Nooma saved me in ways I don’t think I’ll ever fully be able to put into words. Somewhere between the sweat, the shaking muscles, the laughter, the tears, the hard days, and the days I walked out feeling unstoppable, I fell in love with myself again.

386 hours of sweating. 386 hours of showing up. 386 hours of becoming a little stronger, a little braver, and a little more myself.

And behind every one of those hours were people who made this place feel like home. To every instructor, leader, staff member, and person who shared a mat with me—thank you. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, challenging me, celebrating me, and creating a space where I could become the woman I am today.

I will forever be grateful for the place that reminded me that I am strong. That I am worthy. That I am enough.

Nooma, thank you for being a place I didn’t just work on my body—I found myself. 🤍

Forever grateful. Forever changed.
386 hours, countless memories, and a whole lot of love. 🥹🤍
I don’t have a picture with everyone, but I’m super grateful and miss every single person at Nooma Searcy!
