POV: What it looks like when no one shows up to your Bootcamp …let me explain! 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 Sometimes building something means believing in the vision before the numbers reflect it. The other day was a reminder that an empty space doesn’t mean the vision is empty. So we just keep going, growing and swimming🌱 A few factors may have played a part in this when promoting this event and I know something like this is fairly new to a city like LA. But I’m dreaming BIG, and ABLE is something I truly believe in and will keep showing up for. ABLE Bootcamp continues Wednesday + Friday this week! 💪🏾 and every week until the end of Fall. Upper Body • Lower Body • Cardio • Core 💧 Hydration provided by @legion Maybe today it was just me… next time, I hope it’s you & me. 🫶🏾 RSVP through the link in my bio + let me know what day you’ll be coming and I’ll put you down! With ABLE, you’re capABLE. 🤍
