It’s been such an amazing year of growth, love and new adventures. 🥹✨ I’m so grateful for my circle, near and far, who continue to show up for me, love me, support me and put up with all my antics 😂❤️

Here’s to another year of life, laughter, love and saying YES to adventures! 🥂✨

Injuries are annoying… but we still move 😅

Pinched nerve / upper shoulder instability? Here’s my pre-surf reset:
✨ warm-up + bands
🧠 mobility to reduce tension + create space
💪🏽 strength/activation to build stability (scap + upper back)
🫶🏽 nervous system calm = slow, controlled reps + breath

If symptoms shoot down your arm, you get numbness/tingling, or it’s getting worse — get it checked ✅🌊
