Moments > Medals 🎉

When it’s all said and done, it won’t be the trophies you remember most. It’ll be how you felt, who you become and the memories made along the way. Thank you @absalutefotog capturing these 🫡🤞🏾

🚨 LONG POST 🚨

His best package to date.

Two second-place finishes. A whole lot to be proud of. ⚒️

@stefan__parker2 stepped onstage at the @nffdallasshowdownclassic last weekend and earned. His placing was.
🥈 open men’s physique (class of 7)
🥈 masters men’s physique ( class of 5)

We came up just short of the wins we worked toward, and I’d be lying if I said that didn’t sting.

When you coach someone who follows the plan with unwavering discipline and gives his all day in and day out, you want to see those sacrifices rewarded. I’ve seen the work behind these pictures, and I couldn’t be prouder of him.

Stefan competes with scoliosis, a challenge outside of his control. Stepping onstage knowing that takes courage. All while still having a competitive physique that makes the judges decision that much harder, He continues to show up, put in the work, and pursue what he loves. That deserves recognition.👏🏾

The sport of bodybuilding can be cold, fair, lonely, and rewarding all at the same time. You can bring your absolute best and still leave hungry for more. We feel every bit of that, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

@stefan__parker2 , thank you for trusting me, committing to the process, and allowing me to help bring this vision to life. It’s an honor to be your coach. 🤝🏾

Thank you to the @naturalfitforlife for putting on a well-run show and giving these athletes a stage to showcase their hard work.

Now we head into the offseason with purpose: build, improve, and raise the standard from here.

Proud of you, brother. Back to the forge. ⚒️🔥

Late Birthday Post 🫣😅(August 29th). Took a mini break from social media to reflect & recollect myself.

Chapter 30: COMPLETE. 🎂🕵🏾‍♂️

The past year taught me that growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to keep going when nobody is watching.

This year brought lessons, challenges, discipline, setbacks, victories, faith, love, and a better understanding of who I am and who I’m becoming.

I’m learning that progress > perfection, that rest is part of the process, and that the right people beside you make the journey that much better. ❤️

I’m grateful for every person who took the time to call, text, message, post, or wish me a Happy Birthday. Thank you. Truly. 🙏🏾

To my wife @whitne.yy my family, my friends, and everyone who’s supported me through another chapter—I’m grateful to have you on this journey with me.

Year 30 was preparation. Year 31, we start a mission.

🧠 Mind.
💪🏾 Body.
🙏🏾 Faith.
🎯 Discipline.
❤️ Purpose.

Always on a mission. Say hello to Agent 95🕵🏾‍♂️
