Putting people through pain is a specialty of mine and I truly love it 😂
I always get the “why do you hate us” on certain WODs I write but then I’ve got to remind them that they absolutely can not complain to me because I do these workouts too 😂
Lead by example 🫡
Find me @stoneimpact.co whipping up some fun WODs with purpose 💪🏻

The one thing I do love about this sport is that you can’t just be fast. You also need to be able to be strong and push/lift the weights required for the race.
These movements I program a ton for my hybrid clients.
A lot of these lifts mimic the stations which will only make your station work so much more efficient come race day.
The season is HOT and if you wanna get ready, and put in the work, then I’m the coach for you. Let’s talk 💪🏻

Anyone else feel the same!? 😂🤦‍♀️
I’ve cancelled plenty of meetings so I could get my workout in! Especially in the peak of my training blocks!
Working out is my mental getaway!
I feel free.
It’s fun with my friends
and I can forget about the day to day stress for once.
Drop a hell yeah if you agree 👇💪🏻
