We all know having our phones in the gym is vital for music, training programs, form checking and recording for those of you who post (make sure to tag us is your amazing videos!)

But sometimes we can get trapped in a little doom scroll and we all know that can make time just disappear.

During that time you are scrolling it can make 10 minutes feel like 3, if this is between every set that could be that bit of kit taken up for 30 minutes plus!

Especially during our busy times this can lead to a queue waiting for a single machine and that can be unfair on everyone.

We always advise sharing the equipment by letting other members jump in between sets with you to ease up the queues that can be made.

And as for a little doom scroll we have a breakfast bar next to the welcome desk with chairs to sit on if you wish to get that little dopamine hit!

Let's all work together to make sure we all get that amazing workout in and feel PureGym Good!
