💜💛 COMMITTED. 💛💜

I’ve spent years chasing dreams that sometimes seemed like they belonged on completely different paths. Chasing PRs on the track. Exploring the outdoors. Dreaming about a career as a Conservation Law Enforcement Officer. And wanting to continue to serve through ROTC.

Now, I get to chase them all in the same place.
I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be continuing my academic and athletic journey at UW-Stevens Point, where I’ll compete in Track & Field, pursue my degree in Conservation Law Enforcement, and continue my commitment to the ROTC.

Stevens Point wasn’t just another college choice for me. It was the place where I could see my future taking shape. A place where my love for the outdoors, passion for service, and drive to compete could all become part of the same story.

A huge thank you to Coach Brett and Coach Smith for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to keep chasing my goals on the track while pursuing everything I want for my future. Thank you for seeing my potential and trusting me with this opportunity. I’m incredibly grateful.

And to every coach, teammate, family member, and person who has helped me along the way, this moment belongs to all of you, too. ❤️

I’ve spent a lot of years chasing the next PR.

Now I get to chase something even bigger.

The next chapter starts at Stevens Point.

🏃‍♀️🌲🇺🇸💜💛
Let’s get to work.

I remember the days that I dreamed of this. The practices with TK as he pushed me because this is what we were working towards. It’s crazy that it happened on a random Saturday!!! Thanks TK for all the support and helping me reach my dreams !!! We have more work to do and I can’t wait! #wisconsintrackandfield #wisconsinsprinter #200mdash #collegetrack #collegerecruitment

It’s crazy to reflect on this journey.

For the past six years, I’ve trained for moments like this. Countless practices, early mornings, tough workouts, setbacks, and sacrifices—all chasing faster times and striving to become the best version of myself.

After my injury, there were moments when I wondered if I would ever be the athlete I once was. Today, I realized that’s okay. I’m not the same athlete—I’m better. Stronger. Wiser. More resilient. And God, do I love the person I’ve become. 💜

When I walked into ITA as a freshman, I had one goal: to leave my mark on the 200m dash. Today, that dream became reality. I now hold both the indoor and outdoor 200m school records.

To everyone who has supported me along the way, thank you. And a special thank you to TK for the rigorous training sessions, the belief, and for constantly pushing me to be better.

The journey isn’t over, but today I’m taking a moment to celebrate how far I’ve come.

Six years of work.
One dream achieved.
And plenty more to chase. 💜🏃‍♀️⚡

D1 Regional Meet Recap 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

Secured my spot for Sectionals with stellar performances in both the 100m & 200m and finished the night with a huge 400m PR of 58.75.

I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to compete and even more grateful to see the hard work paying off when it matters most.

Cheers to all the great performances at Regionals and now it’s time to gear up for Sectionals. The job’s not finished yet. All glory to God. 💪🏽✨

My younger self could only dream of the life I’m living today.

I’m so used to chasing the next goal that before the gun even goes off for one race, my mind is already focused on the next one. The next time. The next challenge. The next dream. Because of that, I don’t always take the time to appreciate how far I’ve actually come.

The records broken, the setbacks overcome, the fears I pushed through, and the moments that once felt impossible are now part of my story. And through it all, I’ve been blessed with coaches, mentors, teammates, friends, and family who believed in me every step of the way — even during the moments I doubted myself.

As my junior year begins to come to an end, I’m preparing for several official college recruitment visits over the next few months, something younger me never could have imagined. It still feels surreal, and I’m incredibly thankful for every opportunity, lesson, and person that helped me get here.

The journey is far from over, but for once, I’m allowing myself to pause and appreciate the moment.

Coming back after the prelims to shave even more time off my performance into a strong headwind was a double win for me. I’m proud of the effort I gave and even more proud to see everything from training, consistency, and hard work starting to pay off. Every race is another reminder that trusting the process works ⚡🏃‍♀️
