That’s right ➡️ we teach players to become A, B, C scorers, and that means developing every area of the floor, including the mid-range game. Even our 12U players are mastering the footwork, getting to their spots, and knocking down shots with confidence. It all comes from quality instruction, consistent reps, and purposeful practice. 🏀💪 #GymRatPerformanceTraining #PlayerDevelopment #BasketballTraining #MidRangeGame #Footwork

At GymRatPT.com, we believe great players aren’t built by memorizing dozens of plays. Coach Brady Hartman breaks down why our practices are different. We emphasize the fundamentals that actually translate to game success: ball handling, footwork, shooting, decision-making, spacing, and basketball IQ. We’re not interested in letting players run wild or relying on a complicated playbook to hide weaknesses. We want our athletes to understand the game, make the right reads, and develop skills they can take with them to any team, at any level. When players master the fundamentals, they don’t need to be told what to do every possession- they know how to play. #GymRatPT #PlayerDevelopment #BasketballIQ #BasketballTraining #AAUBasketball
