Meet our Manager, Eddy 🙌

Over the past year, Eddy has continued to take on a bigger role within 5W — leading our Run Club, helping grow our group training and personal training programs, hosting pop-up events, and becoming an even bigger part of our community.

We’re excited to officially promote Eddy into a larger role as Manager of 5W Strength Club.

This is another step toward continuing to improve the experience we provide across our gym, coaching programs, events, and community.

Congrats Eddy, excited for what’s ahead! 💪
