QLD’s strongest in action snapshots, Balance between strength, speed and conditioning 🔥, long gone are the days where I would chase sub 5 percent body fat levels with zero functionality 🙃

One of my favourite events from Queensland’s Strongest Man - Farmers walk into the anchor drag! 160kg / 352lbs per hand down and and 320kg / 705lbs back. As much as I love static events, movement has always been my thing! First place finish on this with 18 seconds!

Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman 2026 💪🏼

You were loud, you were fun and you were full of well run chaos!

Two massive days, 66 incredible athletes and six epic events. What a weekend.

Tif, thank you for trusting us with your pride and joy. We hope we did you proud and gave Queensland the competition it deserves.

To every athlete, volunteer, spectator and every single person behind the scenes who helped make this weekend what it was, THANK YOU!

And a massive thank you to the brands and people who backed us and helped make this event possible.

160kg / 352lb muscle clean and press PB at Queensland’s Strongest Man last weekend! Beyond proud of myself for what I was able to achieve with a 2 week prep. To be honest I didn’t even feel like competing with OSG only a few months away, but we showed up and we did what we needed to do to secure the invite to @australias.strongest 2027!

Incredibly keen to see what we can bring to Florida in November with a proper prep!

📸🎥 IRON FRAME PHOTOGRAPHY × LJ MEDIA — CAPTURING THE BATTLE

Queensland’s Strongest Man & Woman 2026 is going to produce some moments worth remembering — and we’ve got Iron Frame Photography behind the camera and LJ Media behind the video making sure none of the carnage escapes undocumented.

Big lifts. Bigger fails. Celebrations. Comebacks. Questionable life choices. And that beautiful moment someone discovers the anchor is every bit as fucking heavy as we promised.

📸 Iron Frame Photography capturing the moments.
🎥 LJ Media bringing the battle to life.

So whether you hit the lift of your life or nearly shit yourself attempting it, there’s a very good chance we’ll have it in 4K.

Links will be available in our bio and stories!

A ‘dump’ of recent happenings. I’ve realised that I am not being social enough, and also not capturing enough memories when being social, but here’s a few things from the last few months.

Photography hobby is building into a nice side hustle, spending time with my nephews, celebrated my birthday with my best friends, road tripped to Canberra to see recently repatriated best friend and her precious little man and taking time to appreciate how much weight I’ve lost instead of getting hung up on what I’ve still got left to lose.

Party on Wayne/Garth.
