Had an absolute blast figuring out and teaching a standing trio flow class near where it all started for me. Thanks to @acrocampout for having me there and for @polymath_acrobat and @leanneparkie to be a delight to teach with.

Life is better upside down 🤸‍♀️🌲 Three days of acro, nature, and camping. And what more could you want? Acro stand-up comedy by the lake, under the stars, around bonfires, is there any other way to create better memories?

I love how people always surprise me by passing on their kindness, taking risks, failing, rebuilding trust, supporting each other, and having fun. We’re so different but also so similar. As I push this body into new adventures, I’m also appreciating it more, all the tiny muscles working so hard.#acroyoga #acrocamp @acrocampout Thank you for the opportunity 📸glad I was able to catch those precious moments.

Turns out our favourite kind of camping involves significantly more time upside down 🙃

Extending a HUGE thank you to @acrocampout for inviting @mike_mckoy and @danihilliard out to teach some acro flows and pops. What a ridiculously fun event, with a bunch of very talented humans 🫶🏼 #howdidweevengethere
