INCA ACRO CIRC @acrocircinca 📍

My body is like WOW today 🤪🫠🫣 So tired! It’s been a few intense training sessions in a short amount of time 🙏🏼

But I know I’ll take it super easy over the next few days ❤️🙏🏼🫶🏻

Today was circus handstand training. I skipped a few exercises and did fewer reps — because what’s important is to show up, support each other as a group, and do the best you can today. 🤸🏻💪🏼❤️‍🔥

Thank you 🙏🏼 @feelipeardillacontreras for hosting the classes and allowing us to learn, practise and progress together! You are amazing! 🫶🏻

Thank you @acrocircinca 🙏🏼

Today is Day 350 🤸🏻
Daily Handstands — 350/365 🫣☺️😉😘🥰
