I was not paid or asked to make this video. Sharing my honest opinions as a human copywriter based in la la land who lives for a good movie.

Just watched the early screening of Mercy 🎬
Honestly… the most gripping film I’ve seen in a long time.

Set in a near-future world where AI decides justice, one man has only 90 minutes to prove his innocence.
No spoilers — just trust me: this one keeps you locked in from start to finish.

Highly, highly recommend!! 🔥

Thank you so much to @mercymovie @amazonmgmstudios @imax @activatehq_ for having me 🤍

In theaters this Friday, Jan 23 🍿
Don’t miss it!!

I feel deeply American and fiercely Latina, and I’m infuriated by what’s happening — in MacArthur Park and beyond — to our Latino community.🙅🏽‍♀️

I completely reject the notion that to be Latino makes you less of an American and feel strongly that those of us in a position to speak up, should do so proudly, with our flag. ❤️✊🏽🇺🇸

We need to show who we are as Americans. We need to set the example. So if you can, join me. Stand proud and show who you are as a Latino Americans.💪🏽
Let’s protect each other. And never let anyone make you feel like you don’t belong.❤️🤍💙

One week ago today we had the honor to help pass Prop 28 which provides funding for years to come for music and arts education for kids K-12 in California on behalf of the California for the Arts campaign. Incredibly only 1 in 5 CA schools presently have a full time arts and music teacher. In passing Proposition 28, new money will be dedicated to alleviate that shortfall.

To help get the campaign’s message out, the Yes on 28 campaign executed an unprecedented influencer program, as we partnered with more influencers than any statewide ballot measure in history. The coalition included a wide variety of celebrities, activists and organizations that came together to support better futures for California’s next generation of creative leaders.

Campaign Highlights Include:
· Helping millions of kids each year have the resources to access arts and music!
· 172M Impressions (132M increase in the final week)
· 570+ posts
· 500+ creators
· $8.1M Social Media Value (if these metrics were created through paid social ads)

We’re grateful to have played a small role in helping get this proposition passed. However, the real joy will be to see the impact this measure will have on the kids – from helping students with their arts and music skills; to supporting their mental health; to the creative and critical thinking skills the arts will foster in them; to the sense of community and belonging that art creates.

Onward!
