because your health is about so much more than how consistently you train, what you eat orrr how miserable you’re willing to be in the “name of progress” hahaha you can work towards your goals, challenge yourself and care about getting stronger while also giving yourself permission to rest, have fun, enjoy your favourite things and actually LIVE your life along the way !!!!! you don’t have to choose between being a woman who cares about her health and a woman who enjoys her life… YOU CAN BE BOTH 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ (&&& it’s kind of the best !!!!!!) if you are finding the balance hard to find (esp as we approach summer) and you want to achieve your goals without becoming miserable in the process- reach out !!! my dms are always open xx sending lots of love - your biggest fan xxxxxxx

@activebyteale x @lunarsocialclub quiz night was such a hootttt 🥹💗 did we absolutely dominate the quiz? no HAHAH our teams came 13th, 11th and last 😂😂 BUTTTTT we did win two free drinks, so honestly… who’s to say we didn’t come out on top??? and i feel like the only way is up from here hahahahaha i had SO much fun. there’s something about getting a bunch of girls together, giving everyone a team, a couple of questionable questions, a pub feed and a drink (or two) and just seeing what happens 😂 the @lunarsocialclub does quiz night fortnightly, so if you’ve been meaning to come to something but haven’t known where to start… this is a pretty good one. you can come alone, join a team and leave knowing a bunch more people than when you arrived 🥹 also… i’m already manifesting a top 10 finish for the next one 💅🏼 all the info is in the social club xxxx LOVE YOUR BIGGEST FAN teale xxx

welcome to the story & evolution of LUNAR LOVE CLUB ✨ i’ve been wanting to tell this story for a while because if you’ve only found lunar in the last month or two, you probably know it as a social club but that’s not where it started… it started with me trying to bottle up the feeling of a retreat and put it in a box then the boxes led to wellness mornings the wellness mornings led to events the events led to women meeting each other and the women meeting each other eventually led to something i hadn’t actually planned for at the beginning: a community ✨ the funny thing about building a community is that sometimes the thing you think you’re creating isn’t actually the thing people need from you that girl who asked me three years ago if there was “a membership for just the events” probably had no idea how much that question would stick with me i didn’t have the answer then i just kept listening and three years later, lunar social club is finally the answer i wish i’d had for her because i’ve realised i don’t want to create a calendar of events for women to attend i want to create a place where women can keep showing up - where you can come alone without it being weird - where you might meet someone at dinner and see her again at book club two weeks later - where a “stranger” slowly becomes the girl you message on a friday afternoon - where you don’t have to build your social life from scratch every time you want to make plans that’s why lunar is a membership ✨ not because we want you to attend more events… because we want you to have more opportunities to find your people and honestly, looking back at the very beginning, i think that was what i was trying to create all along 🤍 if you’ve ever thought “i just want more people in my life” - i think you’ll understand why lunar exists remember, lunar loves you teale xxx #perth #perthcommunity #lunarsocialclub

Nothing groundbreaking, but the more time I spend in the running shoes, the more lessons seem to translate into life. Somewhere between the decent runs and the average ones, you start to realise it’s not really just about running.

i think there’s a bit of a misconception that getting a coach means you don’t know what you’re doing… because honestly, most of the women i work with already know a LOT about health and fitness but knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently when life gets busy are two VERY VERY VERY different things and i think that’s where a good coach can be so valuable !! not because i’m going to magically do the work for you but because sometimes you just need someone to help you work out what actually matters for you right now, turn it into a realistic plan and then be in your corner while you actually do it i also don’t think your programme should make your life smaller… i don’t want you skipping dinner because you “have to train” i don’t want you panicking because you missed a workout i don’t want you feeling guilty because you had a glass of wine and i definitely don’t want to hand you a generic 5-day programme and a calorie target without knowing anything about you first 🥴 i want to help you get stronger, work towards your goals, feel confident in the gym and build habits that actually fit into your life because consistency doesn’t come from having the perfect plan. it comes from having a plan you can actually stick to 🤌🤌🤌 &&& heheh this is exactly why i’m so excited about what i’m putting together next 🤍 i’ve created two brand new 8-week online personal training programmes heheh one focused purely on strength && one combining strength + running with run with rich i’m looking for 6 women to be the first group through them, so i can get your feedback, fine-tune the programmes and hopefully help you get some bloody good results along the way 🤭🤭🤭 because they’re brand new, i’m offering this first group a special founding price so if you’ve been sitting there thinking: “i know what to do… i just can’t seem to make it stick” send me “tell me more” and i’ll send you the details 🤍 no pressure. no yucky sales pitch. just a chat to see if it could be a good fit for you xx anyway LOTS OF LOVE xxxx your biggest fan - teale
