A little barre, a little burn, and a whole lot of good energy ✨

From Barre Flow to Saturday Night Fever, our Prana Tribe showed up, moved to the beat, and made the mat their dance floor 🔥

Thank you for moving with us!

Proof that you don’t need to roll out a yoga mat to save your hips. 🪑➡️🧘‍♀️

As a WFH veteran of 7 years, these are my top 3 quick moves to keep hip stiffness away during back-to-back Zoom calls.

1️⃣ Malasana (Yogi Squat) – Decompresses the lower back and opens tight hips.

2️⃣ Knee Touchdowns – Wakes up the hip flexors and tests stability.

3️⃣ Alternating Skandasana – Great for inner thighs, groin, and ankle mobility.

5–10 reps each (literally anywhere with a floor) whenever your hip muscles feel like a bag of dry cement.

Save this for your next work break!
