Another one from @actorsedge ‘s Hollywood Showcase. If you know any TV shows/ movies casting a Type A Overachiever who is TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY CHILL, you know to to call 💞

Thanks again to my boss, Aaron, for the opportunity to perform, and to the Actor’s Edge community for all the support 🫶🏼

Holy moly macaroni… bb D at 22 had only 10 mins to memorize this small scene! I was shocked I actually got it down that quick😂 I’m honestly surprised how good this turned out. I haven’t seen this in years and usually I’m horrible at auditions. Gotta give baby DJ some props😂

Friends that act together stay together. 🙂‍↕️

We had a blast performing at @actorsedge ‘s 2026 showcase together, and are so grateful for the opportunity. 💫✨ Also, (humble brag), @christopher_diem also signed with a manager following this performance; so, that’s pretty slay. 🤭

🎬industry Showcase Interview🎤

My first Actor’s Edge showcase done!!

I was too busy watching the coolest actors doing the coolest scenes to take many pictures, but I think these suffice. This was such a cool experience. I loved hearing from all the industry guests after my scene and it was so much fun getting to talk to everyone afterward. Actors and people in the industry are the coolest.

Packing up after class filming. I love that the AE class gets hands-on experience as film crew for the other actors’ scenes. I’ve done a fair amount of crew work before this class but it opens up so many additional opportunities ❤️

At 56, I finally got my card—and I decided to go with SAG-AFTRA over AARP. 🎬😂

This moment represents much more than union membership. It represents taking a chance on myself, beginning a new chapter later in life, and proving that dreams do not come with an expiration date.

A huge thank-you to Chris Holder at Ivana Chubbuck Studios @ivanachubbuckstudio , Aaron Metchik at Actor’s Edge @actorsedge and bree Valle @bvalle1114 at Cuesta Theatre for challenging me, teaching me, and helping me grow as an actor.

I am also deeply grateful to Slabtown Studios @slabtownstudios , SuperImage Limited @superimage_ltd and everyone behind the film The Strawberry @thestrawberrymovie for giving me such an incredible opportunity and helping make this milestone possible.

And a grateful shout-out to Mike Farrell @mike_farrell_official , Doug Jones @actordougjones , Colin Farrell, and David Arquette @davidarquette whose very impressive coattails gave me a quick ride and helped me get here.

Most importantly, thank you to my daughter Gwyneth @pengwyn42 who inspires me to be fearless, and my wife Kelli @californiakel whose love and support make all of this possible.

I am incredibly proud to be a SAG-AFTRA member—but this card is not the finish line.

It is just the beginning.

P.S. I am currently having a blast on stage in The Servant of Two Masters with the Central Coast Shakespeare Festival. @centralcoastshakespeare The stage may not have earned me this card, but it continues to make me a better actor.

A little late, but honored to have won a scholarship and some free acting classes through @actorsedge. Feels good to be getting back in class after all these years, and to be flexing my actor muscles!
