From a 45-day dry-aged ribeye and an entire library of finishing salts to some really good cocktails and a dessert we still can’t stop thinking about.

Never posted my sister birthday dinner at @adalinaprime ! My sister and I celebrate our birthdays together every year and we always go all out on a fun steakhouse!🎉

I had seen a couple odd reviews on Adalina Prime but I didn't hold it against them because of how much I like Adalina in general (we had sister birthday there 3 years prior!), and I'm glad I didn't!

We had EXCEPTIONAL service! Our server was kind, helped us pick amazing choices for dinner and wowed us with a special dessert 💓💓 the steak was absolutely perfect, horseradish cream was perfection and the seafood tower was a perfect way to celebrate with hot and cold items, all fantastic!! I love their salt options too, you have to check it out for yourself but leveled up the whole meal.

And definitely don't skip the martini service 🍸
